My patience is always tested at this location. I literally come in here for 1 item and spend 20+ minutes because of checkout. There is never more than 1 person at the register. It's the worst cvs. The lady working the counter is kind and talks to everyone, but from a customer service standpoint...there should be more cashiers to help get customers in and out. read more

There is no reason why you should be in a CVS drive thru for over 30 minutes. Only to go inside to complain and be laughed at by multiple reps as the pharmacist sits by and offers no apology, or explanation. The rep said they were administering a test, but offered no apology as I explained that I was hung up on 2 times as I called to ask if I should come inside? Once inside the customer standing at the counter explained she waited in the drive thru line for an hour vefore coming inside. I do not understand why people think masks hide laughter. BOO BOO, HONEY LOVE, AND DEAR PLEASE DON'T THINK THOSE MASKS HIDE EVERYTHING. BECAUSE I KNOW WHAT LAUGHING LOOKS LIKE. THE MASK COVERS YOUR NOSE AND MOUTH NOT THE CRINKLE OF YOUR EYES DUMB ASS! And as I informed them, I FIND NOTHING FUNNY! And still no apology for the rude treatment while inside. Extremely disappointed with the pharmacy and the manager. I had the hospital call to verify they had all of the prescriptions before we left and they said they had them. I sent someone to get them and they didn't have one of the prescriptions and they didn't give me another one. The pharmacist did not give us needles for one of the injection drugs nor did they give us alcohol wipes.. they said we should know to get those things that the Dr didn't order then. Called the manager Jordan and he said he would call me back and 2 hours later still have not called. I am very tired of "it is not my job " in one sentence and in the second sentence telling me how he went above and beyond. This is not acceptable for a pharmacist and I will be transferring all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy in the future. read more

On June 4 2024. This is the worst CVs management. Since they switch med management they are terrible . They leave you on hold for ever and when they finally answer they hang up. This happened to me two days in a row. I finally decided to go to the store and witnessed them hanging up on people. It was five people at the pharmacy section. 1 old lady and the counter. Poor thing they got her working like a slave and the rest doing nothing. The white pharmacist is the nastiest person and rude. The others doing nothing. Never got my meds had to wait 8 days to get it. Another thing the whole time I was on the phone and in line my insurance company was on the phone trying to call them about my meds. Never picked up and when they did they hung up on them. Insurance company did heard everything the pharmacy told me. So they will be reported as well. THIS CVS SUCKS read more

Unbelievable! After 20min of being on hold to see if they had enough pills to fill my prescription, the representative hangs up on me. She pulls my profile up which has all my contacts info yet doesn't call me back. Obviously she hung up on purpose. I wouldn't recommend any CVS in Waldorf at this point. The one off Technology Rd had my same prescription for over 45days because they didn't have the quantity i needed. read more

Everytime I come to this damn cvs. They are always holding my prescription saying it's not ready. I have held my tongue for so long. I came in today and I already had eight people in front of me and then this women cuts everyone off and I'm like excuse me there are other people behind you and proceed to get her medicine. They have this old black women that should not work the cashier register and she holds the line. They used to have 8 people working there and they are still slow. When it was my time I went up to get my meds and I always have to repeat my self to three or more times because she can't hear. Old people should not be on register. Let them stack or fill up scripts. I was already pissed and she saids the machine shut off and I said you got to be kidding me and I just got a notification saying they were filled and now they are not filled and I left saying this is bs and I accidentally hit a shelf because I'm a clutz and ran out. I get another text saying it's ready so I go through drive through and they said she needs to come in. The African dude was like who are you I said I'm the person picking up my scripts he was like next time I won't give your prescription and I said you won't be doing that. I said give me my script so I can go and I will be writing to this corporation about all the staffs and you and speaking to my doctor to curse you because he had to get on them the third time. Be ready for a letter and a call from me. Do not go to this cvs. No wonder they have a 2.5 rating. I will be going to Walgreens. read more

0 stars!!! Worst pharmacy and drive-thru. Waited in the drive-thru for 15minutes just to get up to the window for the gate to be down/closed for a lunch break. There is a huge mirror to show you someone is/has been waiting. On top of the fact I had to wait a day to get my prescription filled from a day earlier. They open at 6am and waited until 1:05pm to send a text that my prescription was ready. Right before they closed. Definitely switching pharmacies now. This was the last straw for me. read more

They suck everytime I go they take ten hours. I called two hours ahead they told me 1.5 wait for my prescription. I get there they tell me another 30 mins. I wait. Then they tell me they are out of stock for my medicine after all of that. Everytime I go here there's a new issue. I'll never use this pharmacy again. read more

This place i been here for Covid-19 test and this place it's fast it depends if there's a lot of customers inside the car doing testing that's why it takes time but my 2 times I been there they have been fast. read more

This evening I dropped off my husbands prescriptions at CVS and the cashier said she would give me a call as soon as they were ready. I never received the phone call and the pharmacy is closed and my husband is in pain and he has no medicine to help the pain. The pharmacy does not open until 9am in the morning. Why would they accept the prescriptions if they could not fill them? That's why the doctors write the prescriptions! DUH!!! They are going to get a piece of my mind in the morning. read more

I ask love the Pharmacy Techs & others WhorvaoldtvPharmacy And I want to get their names correct because they treat me like family The only ones I know are Alex, Lateshia,Ryan, Destiny, Page, And Ray Is this their correct names? I want to give them cards to show my appreciate Can you please give their correct names be because, I don't want to them think I do not know their name. They have been good to me and I cannot sing their praise enough. I hope that you will offer scholarships to the young ppl to pursue their medical & nurses degrees in the far future when they are ready. They screwed up my mothers script . They received it 24 hours ago said they would text when ready. They did NOT. We call it's ready I go to pick it up wait 45min in line then when it's my turn they shut the blinds . 2 people behind me they go to lunch. I complained to Justin the manager on duty . This pharmacy does such a great job. They fill your prescriptions in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly which helps a lot when you are feeling sick. I have seen the same staff for years which probably helps. read more

If I could give them no stars at all, I would. My daughter has a bad skin condition. It flared up again and so we had her doctor send her prescription to the pharmacy. They called last night to confirm we would pick up today so they could mix the compound. My husband told them he would pick up the prescription today after work and they said ok, it would be ready. He gets there today and they act like they don't know what he was talking about. He sits there for 20 minutes before he's even helped and when he mentions it's a compound, they have an "ah ha" moment. They say that they should have called last night to verify he would be picking up and that's why it's not ready. He tells them they did call and verify to which they again look confused. They blame the problem on a "rookie" pharmacist that they had working last night and say that's why it wasn't mixed when it was supposed to and now it won't be ready until tomorrow meanwhile my daughter is home scratching her skin off because of their incompetence. I call them when he gets home to see what the problem is myself and try a rectify this situation and I sit on hold for 15 minutes before someone finally picks up. I asked them to speak to pharmacist in charge and they put me on hold. I sit on hold for AN HOUR and nobody still picked up the phone. I am personally going to the pharmacy at midnight to get her medication and raise hell because this is unacceptable. They do not care about their customers. read more
