Today on November 12th I went to buy a pretzel and was met with negativity and attitude. The moment I got there I was greeted by nobody and I saw the pretzel stand a mess. The glass was greasy the work station was messy and I saw into the kitchen and it was somehow worse than the stand. When I called over the worker to order she looked at me like I was a nuisance. I asked if I could order and she scoffed at me. After ordering it took several minutes to even get my pretzel and when given my pretzel she gave it to me with such attitude I left without saying thank you. I don't think I'll be returning since the customer service was subpar. The pretzel was a bit burnt too.

If you need to add any toppings, side dishes or make it a combo, you can do so at the counter. After you pay for Ramen, you can simply go and cook it. Instructions are provided on the machine step by step on how to cook the ramen and when to add the ingredients. Your ramen will be cooked within 4 minutes.
