The two ladies are super nice and friendly. They are Korean but I speak only English to them and they can understand me. Since I've been sick for quite some time I do see them frequently and they just are wonderful people. That kind of makes my day when I'm feeling down. They also will let you know in detail the different side effects that will help with the medications. Besides it being a pharmacy they also sell different items so I do from time to time by random things like pajamas, earnings, drinks, cough drops, and other random things that I noticed while being in the store. This used to be my mother's pharmacy for about a year, where she gets all her prescriptions, she…read morehad switched over to Riteaid so it was more convenient for me to help her pick up her meds since they open 7 days a week and from 9am to 10am. This is a Chinese owned pharmacy just like most of the individual smaller pharmacies in the area. Staff here speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. There was never any issue here with the service, staff is helpful and quick, so even when we had to wait we never had to wait very long. They don't have full stocked shelves with the over counter items, I am imagining that is because most customers here are for prescription meds, and not to over stock items that don't sell, so the over the counter items are quit scarce , however they will be able to order it from their supplier if it's in their catalog (Cardinal) and normally it will arrive the next day. There are a several pharmacists, I personally like the younger pharmacist, just feel more comfortable with her , she is Chinese-American and she also speaks Cantonese, and very friendly and helpful. Over all I think this is a solid pharmacy for presentation meds, and they do mainly have Chinese speaking customers especially senior customers. My mother would feel more comfortable coming to this pharmacy for that reason, but since I am helping with her meds, I'd prefer the chained pharmacy such as RiteAid, CVS, or Target mainly for the convenience of the store hours , the automated phone refill system, and the full stocked over the counter shelves.

Just make sure to check the app and see if they have in stock what you're looking for, but other than that, it's a standard Target. There's a Starbucks inside too. Service is a tad spread thin because it's so busy, but if you wander the aisles long enough you can find a red shirt that you can get assistance from. I actually learned about Cat Con from a staff member here which is super. Prices range from normal and to dirt cheap. The community is largely more Asian and when Halloween was over, we got huge 20+ packs of mini bags of chips for 30 cents each. We got lots of cheap clothing and decorations too. So just make sure you go after every holiday and pray haha.

I placed my order at 6, got in line at 7:20 and the girl told me it wasn't ready and to come back in 20 minutes so I did. The line was really long when I came back but I still made it to the window at 7:58. They start closing everything in my so I pressed the call button and said "hi I'm the one you told to come back" the pharmacist starts YELLING saying "I told you to come inside not the drive through" i tell her that no she didn't and she keeps yelling "Yes I did ABIGAIL HERNANDEZ, yes I did!" ... my name is not Abigail... I try to tell her that and she keeps yelling back and forth while I'm trying to explain that I am not Abigail, she continues to question me until she finally asks me for my date of birth and I gave it to her. Luckily I had start recording at this point bc I had never ever been spoken to like that in my entire life. I work on customer service, I know people are annoying, and I'm not one of those! I don't know what Abigail did but if the worst thing she did was come to the drive through instead of instead, it still is not warranted. She then yells at me the price and I tell her yes I'm aware. She puts me on hold and then tells me she'll open it up. The entire time the big guy is staring at me through the window. I'm alone, I feel completely unsafe by him but I am so sick and I just want my medicine to try and feel a little bit better. They toss out an empty basket without saying a word, I ask them if it's for my id or my card, they don't respond so I just put both. They give my medicine and a pen with a receipt but it has no signature line. The guy is still staring so I ask if I'm supposed to sign, no response again so I sign the paper and put it back. I ask them if I need anything else and the lady comes over upset and says "you signed the wrong paper, here sign this one"... there was no other paper other than my medicine bag? These people have no heart or empathy, you are working with sick people and this is how you treat them... that's pure evil, do work at place where you don't need to interact with others, remote jobs exist!! Avoid the big guy and the woman with the curly hair at all costs. You don't know when they will just randomly snap on you. UPDATE: I called to talk to the store manager and it turns out the guy who kept staring and ignoring me was the manager, Michael. To make matters worse, when I asked if my receipt could be emailed to me, considering how uncomfortable they made me feel, he refused and told me I would have to return to the store in person. The complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect from "management" was honestly shocking.
