Standard CVS. I came because I was heading to a birthday event and needed to buy a gift bag and an extra gift to add to it. I ended up finding bags and a candle. I do think the bags were a bit expensive, but the candle was reasonably priced. There's ample parking, as it's in the middle of a plaza and next to a grocery store. The inside was pretty clean and everything was organized. I did appreciate that not as many things were licked up as most CVSs I've gone to recently. That tends to be annoying, and there's usually only one or two workers available to grab things for people, which makes the wait unbearable. I guess it's a decent CVS, and worth going to if you're in the area. No complaints really. The workers were attentive and helpful, I just think it was understaffed. read more

I stop by this CVS frequently, and overall it's a dependable spot for everyday essentials. Clean and semi stocked overall with everything from OTC meds and personal care to greeting cards and photo printing. Prices are a bit higher compared to big box stores. Lines can get a bit long during peak hours, and phone calls sometimes go unanswered, but in store staff usually do a good job keeping things moving. I've always experienced nice staff. Would I return? Yes! If I need something fast like meds, snack, a gift card. This CVS delivers in convenience, cleanliness, and pharmacy. read more

CVS in Wilmington CA is horrible! Roger the STORE MANAGER was yelling at an employee Marlene I believe that's her name. Yelling at her in front of everyone ..customers and employees. Then there is another Employee her name is Diana horrible attitude towards employees and customers these two people are just walking around the store while an Asian lady is trying to do her job at the register and there is a big line and gets yelled at too. I come here pretty often and I have seen how rude Roger and Diana are. Diana looks filthy and stinks. Rogers breath sticks and is very slow. Please talk to them about hygiene and if you can remove them from the store. There is other employees that work there and are very nice but those two I just can't stand them. I just went to the store right now and they look like they're in a bad mood and are being very disrespectful. read more

A young lady named NOELANY at the pharmacy is RUDE. Everyone there is always so friendly , then I came across this young lady ‍ When i have questions, she has no answers and shuns me when I'm trying to ask her something I literally have to wait in line for ANYONE else, that I do not go to her window. Still disorganized and now they don't even answer the phone regardless of how often or when you call for an order status.

This place is full of rude people. I came to pick up a photo panel I ordered online for mother's day. Apparently they couldn't find my order. They even said "are you sure you're at the right store." When I was showing them my email confirmation with their address!!! No customer service whatsoever. All they said was well order it again cuz it's not here. read more

This place is in need of a thorough cleaning Inside & Outside.... Dirty entrance doors n glass n floors... The inside needed to be vacuumed There was only one person taking prescription orders And no one came to help her. She was very nice. But two hours wait for a prescription?!? read more

I have attached two photos of the Wilmington CVS store to this review. The store is dirty with standing water in an open hole in the floor in the hallway leading to the restrooms. Note that the drinking fountain is located in this area. The ladies restroom had paper towels all over the floor with a large bag of trash sitting on the floor next to the sink. This hardly provides reassurance that your prescription drugs would have been handled with clean hands... The manager is not providing a safe and sanitary environment for her/his employees or for the customers. I sent photos of the standing water to the CEO of CVS and have had no response more than 6 weeks later, so perhaps this is the norm. Wouldn't open water like this violate state health codes? There must be cleaner, safer places to do business. I hope that the employees are able to find better work environments elsewhere. read more

Went there to pick up a prescription, I have and understanding that in CA is the law for Pharmacies give you information in how to take the medicine etc. Well that wasn't my case they not only didn't do that but when I called the Pharmacist to do it, she did it with an attitude, unfortunately I didn't got her name but definitely that Asian Pharmacist is the one with an attitude. I don't mean to mention her race in any way other than to give an explanation of who is the one that treats people worse than they treat us in the DMV. read more

Employees are always nice and they always have what I'm looking for. The manager lady always acknowledges us and says hi when we go because we are always there for something we need. Prices can be higher than other places. But the store always looks neat and organized read more

Cool cvs great service. I have been here often. Their pharmacy lags a bit though. Sometimes you call for refills Rx and they say they didn't get request or they still have not got around to filling prescription. The parking sucks ass. Too many stores surrounding cvs so it's always crowded. Well go at your own risk. read more

Just moved in the neighborhood. Transferred all my info to this CVS location. Went to pick up some meds. Dr sent them electronically. Line was long but they worked very quickly. Did not wait long. I'm a firm believer in that we all want to do the best we can in our jobs and sometimes when you are sick we tend to be a little selfish to think that only what I feel is what matters and that the only thing that should matter is what I'm feeling or my spouse is feeling we lose site of what others feel and that dealing with people in general is most of the time not the easiest especially when some are not reasonable.I got sick and i know what it feels like and it must be hard to attend to so many people not all sick some with issue others that are complicated but all needing the experience and understanding of a pharmacist willing to lend an ear to make sense of what that state of mind in that one person is in order to take the prescription and that's if the medicine or the compounds to make the medications are in stock because now a days every company wants to have in stock only what is necessary other wise to much inventory means less money in there pockets but any way, I want to take this time to say I know it's not easy dealing with certain people and I really want to Thank the pharmacy staff in Wilmington ca 90744 to let them know I really appreciate all the work you do and with dignity even after that rude customer. Worst pharmacy ever. They always forget to ask me for my CVS card. And when I tell them they just give me a receipt and tell me do it next time. Another time they couldn't fill one of my prescriptions had to ask them to have it send to another store out of my way. Today I asked them if they could transfer me to another location and they said that would have to call or go to the other pharmacy every time I needed a fill in order to transfer them. You should be able to transfer my accobyunt. What year are we? I feel that shouldn't be something hard to do. I've left pretty angry from this place. They once even gave me someone else's prescription. Theres only one of the girls that works there thats super nice and knows what to do i feel.
