After speaking with the owner Mike this morning, the situation has been sorted out. He treated both my father and I respectfully, explained why and what happened, and rectified the issue. Thanks Mike! Not sure what's going on over there tonight. I was a customer for over 9 years. I received my prescription and it was short by 6. I was with my father and noticed the box was not sealed before we left the parking lot. We immediately went back in to explain and was not only belittled but yelled at about how we were at fault, somehow trying to get over on them by receiving 6 extra, and that I had only been a client for a year? As if that was somehow applicable to the short prescription issue. Like I said, I've been going to Town Drug for almost a decade with little issue and even have proof of this through old prescriptions. Yet, instead of trying to fix the situation amicably, the pharmacist became belligerent and dismissive. The owner Mike has rectified the situation.

I am 68 and he will the award of being the most condescending pharmacist I have EVER MET. I went in with a list of all my prescription's to ask what they carries. Needless t say we never even had the conversation. I went there due to all the positive feedback and drove an hour to do so. A total waste of my time. I replaced them as soon as I got home. I would not touch them with a stick. Horrible. I felt like I was 10 and my mother climbed out of her grave to mansplane the world. Never again.

The courteous gentleman on the phone made sure that the medication was dropped off at my door the same day! I'm a long time Babylon resident and used this pharmacy for years and never had any issues. They have not returned phone calls i 2 weeks, and each time I visit there is a sign in the door saying that they are closed today due to a family emergency.
