Due to the unprofessionalism of the pharmacy department my medications are so thrown off that I was picking one up every week or two, so they were no longer in sync My biggest issue with the pharmacy here is that the preference by the staff is to use the app because it's easier for me and for them, but all it does is create a hassle for me. If the app had worked, then that would be great and I think there's some disconnect between the apps and their system that they see in the pharmacy. I always request my medication to be delivered to me and I pre-pay on the app and I always select deliver to me and I confirm my address and my payment method. Every single time I have requested my medication to be filled through the app and delivered to my home. It never does get delivered. I always have to call the pharmacy and ask them if they know when my medication will be ready to ship and they said that it is not scheduled to be shipped. After dealing with the shenanigans for two years, I finally gave up and I moved over to CVS pharmacy. Already they have all of my information, all of my medications, and they have them all synced up together to be picked up at once. I wish I would've switch sooner because Walgreens is just absolutely awful in the pharmacy department here. If you need regular medications, I definitely do not recommend the pharmacy. Maybe better for a "every now and then" prescription, but the excuse that I always get is that they don't keep my medication in stock and that is why I end up going through my stock of my medication and then I'm left without medication for anywhere between three days to two weeks just because they can't plan ahead. Again, I definitely do not recommend for those who have regular prescriptions to be picked up on a monthly basis because this place is horrible and the customer service is not great either.

The phone number written on my prescription bottle is always answered by another name (never Express Scripts which is the name on the bottle). The process goes something like this. "I'd like to refill a prescription. I have the number, name, and the bottle right here." 'What is your name' after my name given long delay then they ask for address, age, ss number... 'You know you can order your prescription on line.' "No, your website doesn't work." (has not worked for a year). 'Oh, that's right. Hold on' another long delay, then they will inform you that they will switch you to a different person. After another delay a different company name will answer (not Express Scripts either). This new person will require all the information you previously provided (somehow they've lost all this in the 10 minutes I've been on the line). Information again and success! They found me in their "system" and I can order. They'll let you know 'it may be up to 5 business days for your order to arrive.' The earliest I've gotten my order was two weeks. The last time I ordered it took over a month! The call to check on my order took an hour on the phone for them to tell me it was finally delivered to my house yesterday by DHL. After checking with everyone at home and my security camera I called back to another hour long hold fest where they gave me the tracking number and insisted it was delivered to my street address, different city, this date, by DHL. Only after hanging up and searching the tracking number did I find the package was shipped by USPS not DHL. It was just shipped two days ago, and it was in a USPS distribution center in the previously mentioned city. Finally, the next day, a month later, I get my order. So yes, they will deliver your prescription, eventually
