Really great team to work with! I needed an entirely new HVac system installed and I'm really glad I called CW. Mike came out on a weekend when my old unit failed. He was literally there about an hour after I called and didn't charge an arm and a leg for an inspection and quote. That was Saturday. Found this company on yelp. Our AC system has not worked for four years correctly. We could never get the temperature below 81 degrees and being hot was just something we accepted until we called cws. Our technician Johnathan Smith was outstanding. He was very knowledgable about everything that pertains to hvac. We needed a new compressor and he got us that right away and helped us with our txv. He and Steve-o didn't leave until the job was completed and everything was perfect. I now am no longer having to walk into a furnace and sweat bullets every day. Just wanted to jot down how grateful I was for CWS Services coming out and fixing my a/c at the end of July. I had gone through 3 different a/c repair companies before FINALLY finding CWS. Nathan from CWS came out, found the problem, and repaired it, no problem. I kept waiting for it to stop working again (this was my experience from the 3 prior a/c repair companies), but it is STILL working, cooling my house, reaching the target temperature and it has been almost 2 months. To top it off, I paid them less for after hour service then the other 3 during regular hours. Nathan was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our A/C went out over the weekend so of course I called CWS Services since we have used them in the past and they have never failed us. A few years ago while servicing our A/C unit the CWS Services technician informed my wife that the folks who had installed our unit had installed a mismatched set meaning the unit in our attic did not match the condenser unit on the outside of our home, he said that the combination was doomed to fail soon, soon arrived this past weekend as predicted. In 2013 CWS Services installed a mini-split A/C unit in our sunroom, it's working like a champ and that is what kept the house cool when our main A/C failed recently. Two CWS Services installers, Willie and Brian, came out this morning and made short work of installing our new 5 ton A/C unit! They even helped me out with a replacement of my A/C filters since I'm suffering with a shoulder injury and cannot reach overhead! We now have a brand new Payne A/C and it is just purring like a kitten. The installers looked and acted like professionals and seemed to know what they were doing. During my install they received several phone calls for their services and it is easy to see why they are in such demand. If you need A/C service or advice you cannot go wrong with CWS Services! Oh and as an added bonus, our new unit came with a 10-year warranty, two thumbs up! read more

I wanted to love them. I really did. On Monday the 3rd I spoke to Willie, the service manager at CWS and scheduled an appointment with the company for Wednesday at 1 pm to service my AC. I told him I worked nights and that would give me a chance to sleep before they got here. Wednesday I woke up at 12:30 pm and waited...until 3:30 pm. No call, no show. I called the company and told their phone answering service I needed to get back to bed so I could work that night and was checking on the service? A few minutes later someone called and we set up another appointment for Friday 6/7/19 in the morning. 6 minutes later Willie called me. He apologized for the delay, said he'd send a team out first thing Thursday morning to get our service done. He even offered a discount for my trouble, which I really appreciated. I told him about the Friday appointment and told him to cancel that one since they were coming on Thursday now. Thursday morning I waited up until 11 am. No one showed. No one called. I thought perhaps maybe they misunderstood and were coming Friday. Friday morning, no call, no show. I went to bed at 10 this time and when I woke up at 4 pm I called another company to schedule my service. From the reviews it looks like same day service is quick and reliable but I found scheduling in advance didn't seem to work out so well. read more

AC went out this August Texas afternoon. A call to CWS services had a couple technicians out within the hour to check out the problem. Jonathan and Steve quickly identified the problem as dead blower motor and were off to Killeen for a new motor. With new motor in hand they went to work taking apart the system and installing the new motor. In about 2 1/2 hours from the initial call we had cool air blowing again. I also researched electric companies. Called this company, took almost all of the next day to call back. Waited almost a week for an appointment. Called us 30 minutes before our appointment time to let us know they were canceling our appointment. Told us they have people whose electricity was out and that was more important than our FREE quote. I agreed and asked for an asap appointment since we had already waited a week and had been bumped. Earliest appointment for just a quote is next Friday. I tried to explain I really needed it sooner. He restated others with electricity out are more important with an attitude. I would give them less than one, but one is the lowest. I realize people without electricity are priority, but the attitude and the way I was spoken to was not acceptable to me.
