Cy-Fair Storage has been an absolute pleasure to work with. My professional career has taken me across the country, and I've experienced my fair share of self-storage facilities. Cy-Fair Storage is second to none. I wish I could properly express how professional everyone is. First off, this is the only place that the owner has given me his personnel phone number and told me to call for any issues. While I've never had to call the owner, this family-owned atmosphere is comforting and offers peace of mind. Crystal and Jonathan were so kind and helpful. I am living in California and there were so many moving parts between property loss appraisal, removal of destroyed property, and long haul movers picking up that it got rather stressful at times. Not to mention the emotional aspect. They helped me figure out which dump I could go to and personally called to make sure they would accept my items. This is now one of my favorite places in cypress for storage they were so nice and generous to my family upon visit. They didn't even give me 5 seconds to walk in I was already greeted and offered a bottle of water to my family and I this place is amazing the to guys that helped me out as very caring and gentle with me with explaining to what I'm paying for and also showed me where the storage was and how big it was I was upset when I came in because of everything I was going through at that time but I left that place happy and full of joy I definitely recommend this storage facility to everyone !!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Customer service was awesome. Penske left me in a lurch with no truck on moving day. I ran in to Cy-Fair storage to rent a U-haul. I found out it was 20 minutes after closing. About to have a breakdown, Deborah came to my rescue. She stayed even later, got me a truck, and it ended up being about $15 cheaper than Penske anyway. They are the best!!! Called to ask if they had moving blankets - the employee confirmed they did (even providing details on how many, what time we could have them until, etc). Showed up to get them and the rude employees blankly stared at us saying they couldn't help (the employee we spoke to on the phone sat there not saying a word). I wish all storage facilities could be like this one the staff is always on point friendly and welcoming. The property is in pristine condition. The office is cozy, prices are fair.
