I thought they were an official Fedx store…read more However,the china arrived broken and when I tried to file a class, it turns out shipment was in their name and not mine. They refused to file a claim because I didn't have a picture of the whole box, even though I provided multiple pictures of the broken china in the open box. DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. I needed to purchase some packaging tape to finish off a few packages and the employee gladly took care of it for me without having to buy a new roll, open it up, finish packing it, etc. I was in and out within 5 minutes for my 8 packages which isn't the kind of efficiency I am used to. I leave off one star for now as I'm aware this could have been an isolated incident. Most of the time it's painfully slow and unhelpful service... I'm used to receiving a QR code from Amazon to show the counter staff when dropping off a return. However, when I arrived and searched the app for it, I realized my return required a pre-printed label. This was on me for not noticing sooner, but tell me why it costs $4 and some change just to print a single b/w sheet of paper at UPS. I paid since I was on my way to dinner and didn't want to lug around a clunky box, but this is ridiculous considering it costs a fraction of the price for self-serve printing services at competitors like FedEx. My bad and never again.

He was out within 5 minutes even though there was four people ahead of him that's how fast they are customer service is amazing very helpful. So if you live in the neighborhood or even if you don't come to this UPS Store because sometimes Amazon won't take returns or even whole foods. Returning an item to Amazon I needed to print the shipping label but could not do so. While I had the label on my phone screen I figured maybe the store can quickly printed out. The clerk said yes they would but it cost $4.30! WTF? What? $0.30 for the paper and $4.00 for the printing. Would they have said that it cost $1.pp to do so I would have done it. But not $4.30! (which is over 50% of the item value being returned) So I went back and I chose the Amazon option to mail a printed label. Amazon charges $1.00 and I get it in the next couple of days in the mail.

I have a small, 18-pg. booklet that was made for me over 20 years ago -- so old that the file was in PageMaker! But the booklet has important family significance, so I wanted to make copies for my upcoming cousins' reunion dinner in Portland. Assuming that my file was useless, I thought I could at least have flat photocopies made. I could have gone to one of the chains, but ever since the pandemic, I've made it a point to keep my business needs -- not to mention my dollars -- local, because it's been sad to see many local businesses fail after Covid struck the city so badly. And as a long-time resident, San Francisco's financial health is important to me. Well there's a reason Ibarra Brothers Printing has been around for 40 years. And that reason is that they wrote the book on customer service. Jose patiently spent quite a bit of time with my old file. And as we sat at his computer, he ingeniously found a way to convert PageMaker to an updated printable version. The fonts and other formatting issues did not translate in the transition, but Jose took the time to manually and perfectly match the original. I'm pretty sure FedEx Office would have taken one look at my job and said NO WAY! I went into Ibarra Brothers on a Friday. Jose sent me two proofs over the weekend with just minor changes. I couldn't believe it when on Monday morning, I received an email saying that my booklets were ready! Not only did Jose and his team do a fantastic job of recreating my booklets, but they even made an extra copy and then give me a UBS with the new file on it. I can't tell you how thrilled I am with the incredible customer service, attention to detail, reasonable price, quality of printing, and super-speedy completion. On top of all that, Jose Ibarra is a very nice and kind man. People! Please keep your money local! And when you need something printed, please go to Ibarra Brothers. Ended up being recommended to check out Ibarra and had a memorable visit. Jose helped me out and was an absolute delight. I shared my problem and with no questions asked, started working on the problem. After resizing the prints perfectly, I was charged 4 bucks for each print resized (he even offered to charge me less, but I refused to pay less). An extremely pleasant experience that made my day!

It seems like any time the word "wedding" gets mentioned, vendors tack on a "wedding tax" to their prices. Not only were Huy's prices actually reasonable, he took the time to understand the request, ask questions, and make his own professional recommendations while other stores sent me back 1 line email replies, which felt like pulling teeth just to get basic information. We ended up working with Huy at JASK for 3 different print jobs across 2 different designers. Huy patiently educated us on fonts, bleeds, crop marks, paper thickness and quality, and pricing, helping us understand what we needed to produce what we wanted. We couldn't have been more happy with how everything turned out on our budget. Highly recommend for any printing needs!
