I had a craving for an Acai bowl (mind you, I never had one before) so I ended up here. When I walked in, the cashier greeted me which was quiet nice since it was an hour before closing. I ended up ordering the sun rise Acai bowl which turned out to be pretty amazing. The fruits where fresh and the presentation of it was amazing. I randomly stopped by after a few deliveries in the area, it was my first time I didn't know anything and the staff were so kind to help out. They showed me the cup sizes, flavors and extra fruits. They kept the place super clean. After each customer would serve themselves the staff sanitizes the areas before letting anyone use the machines. I got small mix of strawberry and the regular white flavor yogurt with cheesecake squares, sliced strawberry fruit and lechera/ strawberry jelly. I legitimately love this place!! I can't believe it's been so close and I never stopped in. I loathe having to drive out to Arcadia for frozen yogurt, so this place automatically won points for being in the best location. Their flavors are constantly changing on a weekly basis. When I came here, there weren't many people, so I was able to take my time ordering. I got a 24oz açaí bowl because it seemed way bigger than the 16oz, especially since the smaller size was already $9. I've tried many açaí bowls before, but I really enjoyed this place. You're able to choose 5 toppings and even pick the type of granola you want. I would say 5 toppings is a lot for an açaí bowl and I really like the assortment of choices they had. I recently found out about this yogurt place in El Monte. Wanting to support our small local businesses my family and I decided to try this place out. We entered the yogurt place and proceeded to keep our masks on at all times and we also sanitized our hands before picking out the cup size and then again before picking our ice cream. As I am done choosing my ice cream, my siblings and I move over to the topping area, and before we pick our toppings we sanitize again for safety reasons. The owner of Cyber Yogurt then starts to hysterically yell at me that I'm not allowed to get toppings because I had my fingers inside of my mouth. In shock, I freeze and say nothing because I never had my fingers inside my mouth while I was in there. The owner started to falsely accuse me in front of my own family, other people that were working there and customers. As a young girl who was only trying to get enjoy a cup of ice cream with her family and in the end was falsely accused of something that I did not do, I felt very disgusted and disrespected by this local business. The owner then does not stop at the accusations, but he then humiliates me in-front of everyone there saying that he had "proof" of me having my fingers inside of my mouth without hand sanitizing and says that he has cameras and will show us his proof. The owner stands there for 10 minutes scrolling through his camera footage looking for clip where I "had my fingers in my mouth while touching the ice cream" he stands there looking very nervous and sweating. My parents are there waiting to see the "evidence" of me. When he can't find any evidence of me, he then says that cameras must be "broken" because he can't find the clip of me, and in that moment I call him out and tell him that's it's not very nice to accuse someone of something that they did not do, and even after having NO evidence at all, he still is harassing me and accusing me. At that moment my parents pay for our stuff, and he hands us our spoons without hand sanitizing first. My parents call him out on it, and then he starts to say horrible things to us. Without wanting to cause even more drama we walk out of there, but then he starts to follow us outside. The owner is very disrespectful, and he did not apologize to me for falsely accusing me. I felt very uncomfortable and disgusted with the owner and the place. I do not recommend this place. I rate them a big ZERO. read more

The only reason why I didn't give this place a 5 star is because, the actual store was a bit warm, and although there were a variety of toppings, the quality was not the best. I have had better. The small bite sized pieces of fruit were difficult to get, onto the spoon, since there wasn't much left in the container, and the cheese cake bites were a bit soggy.
