At 9:42 i submitted an order for pickup. I received a ready time of 10:45 pm. Fair enough. I walk inside... seems relatively busy, i go to the front counter and tell the cashier that i am there to pickup my order. He smiles and says the blender is down for the night. I say, "what does that mean??" He said they can only make 1 of my 3 drinks and i would have to choose 2 more that are not blended. I tell him to give me a dew minutes, i then proceed to request 2 new drinks... he then tells me they are out of boba. ‍‍‍ At this point i told him to just give me 2 random drinks. I am not going to sit there all night only to be told they are out of stuff or their machines are not working. One blender? I mean if this is your bread and butter, i would suggest getting a 2nd blender, even if it's a crappy one from Walmart for $35. This is like a hamburger stand telling you they don't have a grill to make a burger. Also, out of boba on a Tuesday (off night??) Stock up. Who's doing inventory? I was more angry at the fact that they let over 30 minutes go by and didn't tell me via email or phone call that the blender was down. I would canceled my order and promptly received a refund... i hope. I wasn't offered any kind of remedy. No partial refund, no refund, no extra drinks. Just your kinda outta luck. We don't have the proper tools to make you a drink. I will never return here again. I used to like this place and even used to come here when they offered 3 drinks for the price of 2. After spending $20 on 3 drinks (2 of them not even being my choice). I will forever skip this place for the humongous disappointment and terrible service. There are boba places all around this area. I went for a boba. It was a simple place with a lot of interior space for a nice hang out with friends or loved ones. It had many options to choose from and it was simple and easy to use the tough screen tablet to order . Went here on a Sunday evening, an hour before closing. I've been here before and remembered their boba was decent, so I decided to bring my boyfriend here. When we arrived, we noticed that it was extremely spacious inside but there were only two other customers. I remembered it being pricey, but when we saw the menu; it was more expensive than I remembered. Despite the price, I still wanted to give it a try. I ordered the Brown Sugar Matcha & my boyfriend ordered the Wintermelon Milk Tea. My drink tasted great the first sip, but after mixing it, it just tasted like milk. As for the Wintermelon, it was extremely sweet and did not taste like wintermelon at all. Don't think I will be coming back here, but asking customers for certain sweetness levels, lowering the prices, and creating a better interior will give justice to the store and make up for the prices. I do not understand paying $16+ for two drinks. I understand that they were about to close, but I didn't think the late hour would affect our experience at the store. I want to give this place a 4 star but the ambiance was not welcoming when we walked in. The location was poorly lit and when we walked in, there was someone who took a nap in one of the booths. We thought it was one of the employees. So it was quite off putting. There was a distinct smell but we think it's from the renovation, the cleaner they use, or the paint. Pricing wise, their toppings are $1 each so I can see where that adds up pretty quickly. We got a Pineapple Green Tea with a Jelly topping and Almond Milk Tea with Cheese Foam. I would consider the location a little hard to find at night but depending on the amount of people inside can transition rather quickly from a quiet environment to one that's rather noisy. I was eager to try the featured avocado slushie but was told that they were sold out, so I went with the horchata milk tea along with one of the top items, the okonomo (sp?) fries. The Ice Bar was very nice and spacious inside. The lady taking our order was very friendly and even told us about their special promo at the time. My usual order at most boba places is some type of fruity tea with aloe vera. My drink was a strawberry, lychee, black tea with aloe vera. My husband's drink was a passion fruit, lychee, black tea with aloe vera. We got an extra drink (promo) which was a lychee black tea (no aloe vera). My husband and I took our first sips while we were on the road and noticed that something tasted off. I took a sip of the liquid by itself, and it seemed okay. The aloe vera, on the other hand, tasted old. It was way too mushy and had a bad after taste. Now I've had plenty of drinks with aloe vera and this definitely did not taste right. It must have been expired. My husband agreed, and so we immediately stopped drinking it. Luckily, we had the extra drink in the car that didn't have any aloe vera in it. It tasted like your average lychee black tea. The black tea itself wasn't very strong, so if you prefer to taste the tea more, you may want to do less sweet. One drink averages about $6-7. I don't think I'd be back since there are a number of other boba places within a mile of this location that are around the same price. read more

Not many places are still open past 9 pm, so one late night when I saw that this place was open until midnight everyday, I figured that I would try it out. I ordered the Brown Sugar Roasted Oolong Tea ($4.80) with Honey Boba (65 cents). I also got my drink half sweetened as I usually do. Their "less" sweetened is at 70% sweet. I've also tried the Taro Milk Tea ($4.70). This is one of the rare occasions where I probably should have gotten my tea a bit more sweeter. The tea was very strong, which is good because you pay for the flavor, but even for me I could have made it a bit more sweet to balance out the bitterness. The taro milk tea that I tried was good the way it was though. The honey boba was pretty good. It was really nice and soft and you can definitely taste the honey. We came a little bit past 9 pm on a weekday night, so it wasn't busy at all, although there were a couple other people also in at that time. Service was fast and friendly, and we were in and out of the shop in less than 5 minutes. As far as covid regulations they supply paper towels on the outside so that you can use them to open their door. The place markers on the floor 6' apart, and they have acrylic barriers to separate the customers from the registers. They also have automatic hand sanitizers on the side. read more
