To coffee or not to coffee is the question. Without further ado, let's begin this review. La Vida Latte is a small coffee cart that offer a variety of coffee drinks, juice, breakfast and dessert. They are stationed on Rosemead blvd and Las Tunas avenue in front of Chase bank. I was craving for Cafe de Olla, a traditional Mexican coffee. I wish they have condiments and stirrers outside for customers. Anyway, I took sip of my CDO and it was bloody good. Service staff was cordial and polite. Prices seem reasonable. Atmosphere was relaxing. Overall, I enjoyed their coffee and service. I recommend you try La Vida Latte. read more

Spotted them at rosemead park on a thursday. Coffee was good. Got the churro bites. The wait was like 15 minutes or something so I just left to walk the dog some more. When we came back it was ready. My toddler loves it. Easy for him to eat because it's the 'bites' so it smaller to hold. Staff was nice and accommodating. I had asked for a bag because one of my hand was already holding the coffee & my other hand was holding my dog (he's a big dog & we're still working on walking!). You may not need it if you're picnicking at the park. read more

La Vida Latte, the now recognizable green cart I love to see on my way for the day. This cute and delicious little coffee spot that has been a happy discovery. Especially so close to work, literally parked across the street. I can leave on my lunch and swing by for a pick me up. They're always super friendly and welcoming. If enjoyed both walk up ordering and text to order too. My favorite drink so far has been Midnight Vanilla with oatmilk. It's truly tasty. I just had their churros as well at an event over the weekend for Easter. No pictures because we ate them too fast I absolutely love supporting a small business. Last time I went to the gym, I saw their sign and was planning to try it on my way out, but missed them! Today, we caught them before they were closing to head over to Rosemead Park. The owner was really nice and helpful. He told us they open from 7am-3pm at the temple city plaza and then 3:30pm-9pm at rosemead park. It was hot today so getting the drinks was nice and refreshing! Never had drinks from a food truck before. So let's see if they're pretty good eh or ew. They're Latina family owned and are super nice. I got their unique and popular bubulubu lattte and Nutella strawberry churros to try. Never had the Spanish bubulubu snack but this latte just tasted like really strong bitter coffee. I'm not much of a coffee person so this wasn't for me. You'd probably like it if you were really into coffee tho. At least I liked the churros. Made, to order, sugary, crispity crunchy with a decent amount of strawberries and Nutella. They were a bit on the harder side tho. I think I just ordered wrong cuz for me overall this place eh. On a Saturday afternoon in February, I was in temple city and drove by to this light green food truck. I parked on the street and looked at their menu. They make breakfast burritos all day, coffees, lemonades, churros, bread pudding. The owner seems nice and he took my order-churro, bread pudding, dragonfruit orba drink. Next more people came and ordered breakfast burritos which must be a popular item. The churros of 3 was lightly fried and gust of sugar. It was delicious and hit the spot. I also sample the dragon fruit drink and that was refreshing. I saved the bread pudding for hubby. Next time I should order a breakfast burrito. read more

Stopped here after the gym at around 4pm, staff was really friendly & accommodating to us! However the food bites were a bit underwhelming unfortunately. We ordered a la vida burrito, churro bites, & a seasonal pastry which was a pistachio crunch croissant. la vida burrito: 3/5, it was hot meaning they cooked it fresh which i enjoyed, but it was a little lacking in satisfaction/flavor, nothing too crazy. on the skinnier side as well. i do like that they cut in half knowing we were going to share, that was considerate of em. churro bites: 2.5/5 cinnamon sugar flavor was good, though churro itself felt overcooked & too hard to bite than usual too. pistachio crunch croissant: 2.5/5. it tasted really stale and hard to bite. at first, i was wondering where much of the pistachio flavor was bc i did not bite into any cream until the latter half of my croissant. the pistachio cream part redeemed itself but still cannot get over how stale it tasted which ruined my experience.. Just came here today after the gym and all I can say is that this place has amazing customer service! Not only customer service but as well as great coffee! If you need a place to grab a drink to wake yourself up, this is the place! It's always good to try new businesses especially those who have a great personality that make you want to come back! The person working today, Juan, exceeded our expectations. Given that it is so hot outside, you wouldn't expect to receive such a warm, welcoming personality but Juan did beyond that! I ordered almond tostadido mocha $6.25+tax ($6.93) after seeing these 3 ladies standing by the truck. I asked for less sweet and it was just perfect amount of sweetness and very silky tasting latte! Julio who makes the drink inside the truck was super nice and friendly! They even have this little table set outside. The price isn't cheap so I'm not sure if people would be willing to pay the money especially there's no seating available. I would definitely be back to purchase more! A decent enough spot fora mobile coffee. if you're not in a rush, because the place is on a busy street but don't count on a quick in-and-out. Service is on the slow side, which can be frustrating if you're stopping by on a busy day. The coffee is mediocre -- nothing that would make you go out of your way to return -- and the food is just okay, nothing memorable. If you have time to kill, it's passable. But if you're short on time or craving something truly good, you might want to look elsewhere. read more

[3.5 stars] - i was able to try the pistachio croissant and not gonna lie, it tasted stale and it lacked flavor. there is only filling in a small portion of the croissant which isn't ideal because honestly it needed more flavor to balance it out. also, i got the la vida burrito as well & it was very interesting because there was a churro inside of the burrito which surprisingly tasted good! Everything was phenomenal. Service was quick and friendly. My dulce de leche latte was perfect. The ambiance was charming and so was the staff. I was nearby picking up a Penseke moving truck with my bestie and we both were in desperate need of coffee. La Vida Latte was at the right spot at the right time, or maybe it was us being at the right spot at the right time. Tasty treats at the park is always a win. The offerings are unique and yummy served by a husband and wife team who are warm and friendly.

I was looking around for this little coffee shop and found that la vida latte is a food truck. The horchata latte is so good. I love my coffees heavy and creamy, and this did not disappoint. Was driving around town trying to decide what i wanted to get for a snack , saw this amazingly cute little truck and couldn't help stopping. It didn't disappoint! I tried the pistachio latte with cold foam and it was perfect, I love my coffee nice and strong, sweet but not super sweet and it had such a nice balance! Business owner is very nice, friendly and quick at getting the order out. He said they are there mostly every day which makes me happy- I won't have to go hunting for them like other trucks that move around. Would love to support a small business with great product and I will definitely try something else on my next visit. read more

I went here on a Friday night, I was the only customer there and the wait time was way too long. There was only one man in the truck when I placed an order and about 5 mins later another man came running from across the street. Only to be told about 5 mins later by the man that took my order that the churro bites would take an additional 10 mins because they didn't have any dough for churros. We waited an additional 20 mins after that to receive our order. It took about 30 mins to receive our churro bites which we didn't even eat because they were saturated in sugar and too hard. Yes, I know churros have sugar on them but the amount of sugar these churros had was over exaggerating. Yes, I know they're crunchy but these were toasted. The strawberry matcha was good but aside from that the wait time and quality of the churros was not good. read more
