One positive is that our room was excellent--it was extremely clean, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate six people, and offered a wonderful view. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, everything functioned as expected, and the environment was quiet. My only concern with the room, was the room temperature. We found it difficult to keep it consistent, as it was either too hot or too cold. I believe this may be due to a lack of vents in the room. Most importantly, the numerous unauthorized charges and "authorizations" placed on my debit card without prior notice is extremely concerning. These fees were not mentioned during the reservation process, at check-in, or on your website. Furthermore, the amount of incorrect charges is staggering. Dealing with these errors from check-in through check-out has been exhausting, especially since the staff was unhelpful in resolving them. The refusal to provide a complete, chronological invoice is unacceptable. The dining experience was also poor. Aside from the pizza, the food was of low quality; we paid $70 for cold burgers and fries, and the breakfast buffet was bland with lukewarm milk and juice. We also avoided the Watering Hole after being warned by other guests about the warm beverages. The dining credits were not at all worth it. Finally, while the housekeeping staff, the staff at the arcade, the pool measuring station, and Build-A-Bear were friendly, the majority of the staff were not. The male team member at MagiQuest seemed easily flustered and communicated too quickly for guests to follow. Despite the almost $200 we spent on magi-quest wands, we do not plan to return, even for a day pass. I hope you address these systemic issues with your billing transparency and hospitality standards.

Tiny Town. A town that is tiny!…read more I'm so glad I read the reviews first so I knew what to expect. My daughter and I arrived around 11am and we decided to have a little picnic in the back of the car, which seemed easier than trying to carry stuff through TT until we reached the picnic tables. The scenery is so pretty here, which made our little trunk picnic even more special! My daughter is 5 and was probably JUST young enough to enjoy it. We rode the train first--a short but cute ride--and then made our way through the town. She loved checking out all of the buildings, as well as seeing how they were decorated inside. So many dolls and scenes! The playground is sparse and outdated, but of course we had to spend a little time there. Our only negative experience was with the woman working the register in the gift shop. We were buying something, and my daughter picked up a little trinket that you're supposed to turn over + watch the bubbles move. Instead of just asking her to put it down (again: it's for playing with! And it was right in front of her face!) she ripped it out of her hands. While this doesn't classify as touching someone else's kid, it was close enough for me. Overall, a 4-star experience! I'm glad we took the time to go.

My daughter is three years old, and that is the demographic this place is best geared for. She was amazed by the tiny houses, and the train ride was a blast. I'm glad I was able to show her a spot from my childhood.

This was a fun time & an easy to plan event! To make a reservation you need at least eight racers…read more (Spectators can come & watch, no charge.) We had ten racers & a group of spectators. Each racer got two 12 lap races, food & drink, one hour reserved seating, arcade tokens & top finishers got medals - plus all racers got to race together with a reserved time. The price was about $80 per racer. We paid separately for additional food for spectators. These go carts are electric, so no smell & pretty quiet. A few things to note, racers need to be at least 48 inches tall & if you have more than twelve racers you then split into two groups. Also, K1 has an Arrive & Drive option for just racing, it's first come first serve. The day we went was for a birthday. After checking in racers registered & signed waivers after which they got balaclavas & helmets. Instructions were given but it was rather hard to hear. Our racers had a blast...they loved it - it was a great experience. Right after racing our lunch was ready, it was served buffet style. We choose Cheese & Pepperoni Pizzas, BBQ & Buffalo Chicken Wings & soft drinks. There were no salad or vegan options. The pizza was good, however the wings were even better & delicious. Since we were a big group we had a private party room. The only outside food allowed was dessert. Our party ran smoothly, the staff was friendly & very helpful. All in all a great time!

Something to do in nice in a while but for me not a frequent adventure. The staff was nice and helpful and knowledgeable. They also give military discounts. As far as pricing I would think they would give junior drivers at a cheaper rate.
