Emma had a FANTASTIC TIME , will definitely be back for another ride. She came in second and was proud of her achievement, Grandpa was proud of her too.

Had a decent enough time. Came as a group to a company holiday party. You register and sign a waiver, get your head mask thing for the helmet and wait your turn to go. There's food and drink for purchase, a game room and such. The lobby was neat and clean. Most of the staff were nice and knowledgeable (until the end when payment couldn't be figured out apparently.) listening to the rules was a little tough, it was hard to hear anything being said. It was my first time ever driving a go kart, and a higher speed one at that. It was fun. Getting bumped and spinning out was even fun haha. Even though I came in last, it was still a good time. The price is a little crazy. It was $55 a person for two races (for an hour and a half worth of time). They don't tell ya the first race is only a "qualifier" so once we did that, we all expected to be racing two actual races. Nope. They do "medals" at the end where the top 3 got on the winners podiums and got little medals. It was fun for a team event but pricey for what it was.

My karting experience was fantastic! The track was well-designed, the karts were in top condition, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It's a thrilling and well-managed venue for anyone seeking an exciting karting adventure.

K-1 is a place you go to if you are already in the area. Not a place you drive miles to get to with the assumption you can ride if it's during posted business hours. If you call in advanced, you reach a remote representative who makes a generalized guess. Otherwise this place is a top notch facility.

Zero stars!! Just walked in at 9:20pm says they close at 10. The lady at the front desk watched me and two others sign up. Tells us afterwards well only have enough time for one race which I said was totally fine. Thn she tells us well since it's your first time all of you have to purchase a membership $60 each plus the race fee each. Not quite sure if the girl at the front was just lazy or if I was bout to get ripped off for just one race.

Despite a sign saying "no bumping", it's very much allowed. The employees don't pay attention to the drivers.

Honestly this place could have been cool. 150 for 2 people ? That's kinda ridiculous. Why do I need a membership if I'm only gonna come once

This estate is really popular for weddings and local events - around Halloween, Christmas/Holiday season and spring - but also allows visitors daily, for free guided tours! The mansion itself is HUGE, ornately decorated and fun to explore! The history of the property is documented on the walls and throughtou the space, but I recommend a tour! My husband and I went to a recent paranormal event - featuring a local business who specialized in ghost hunting. It was a little cheesy at times, but exploring the mansion, on our own, at night, in the dark, proved to be a spooky experience - especially after learning about the lives lived and deaths at the mansion. Perfect ghost territory! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and able to provide excellent education around the mansion and on those who lived inside. Definitely a must see in the burbs!

So if you want an awesome experience and some great Colorado history then you would be well advised to make a trip to Highlands Ranch Mansion.

They offer multiple ceremony sites with backup plans should Colorado's weather get in the way. And they deliver a top notch day. The Barn is also VERY affordable, even for smaller weddings. Ours was 50 people and came in under budget even with a top shelf open bar and elevated menu. Seriously, this place cannot be beat. We toured a number of Denver-area venues when we were getting started with the planning, and Ashley…read moreRidge stood out to both of us immediately. We absolutely loved the location, with gorgeous mountain views in the background, and we were also in love with the ambiance and décor, which had a kind of modern luxe feel to it with an absolutely stunning crystal chandelier in the entry, beautiful recessed LED lighting in the ceilings, and large two story floor to ceiling windows in the ballroom. We also both appreciated the very up front pricing breakdown we were provided after touring. It's a bit hard to get a true "all-in" price from some venues, and we've heard of other family members who got bills at the end of their weddings which they weren't necessarily expecting, so having a clear all-in price up front was definitely appreciated while we were planning. The catering was seriously impressive. Both of us loved all of the food, from the appetizers to the mains. This hasn't always been my experience at other weddings - I've had to choke down my share of overcooked chicken or fairly basic cheese and cracker appetizers at other events. Quite a few people mentioned how good the food was; the prime rib carving station in particular was a very big hit! The quality of the catering really added a lot to the overall atmosphere. We absolutely loved having a dedicated day-of coordinator and banquet captain! Calypso was a delight to work with in the planning stages, was very proactive about checking in with us to make sure things were on schedule and very responsive to any questions we had as we were planning out the day! She was extremely organized and efficient in coordinating everything on the day of; we honestly didn't have to do any setup or coordination or problem-solving at all on the big day. We both felt very well taken care of, the whole thing just flowed with an efficiency that looked almost effortless somehow. We brought a pretty substantial amount of our own decorations to give the whole thing a personal touch, and they even broke all of those down and packed them up for us so we could just grab them early the next morning, which was an entirely unexpected but much appreciated little touch that freed us up from having to do any teardown after the wedding! Wedgewoods all in one packages took a lot of the stress out of vendor selection for other services too. We got to print lovely invites and save the dates through their stationary website, got an excellent DJ included in our package, worked with photographers who were familiar with the venue and had shot a number of weddings there (which makes a noticeable difference in the efficiency of getting all your posed shots done after the ceremony), got an excellent baker to do our cake, and got a wonderful florist to do centerpieces, bouquets, and an arch installation. Having quality vendors who have worked this venue before really contributed to a seamless flow on wedding day, and we were in love with the work all of them did, so we greatly enjoyed having all of those vendors included in our package from the get-go! Honestly, having planned a wedding this way, I'm struggling to imagine doing it any other way now. I don't really see how it could be possible for the planning and execution to be any more seamless. Several of our guests commented that it was the best wedding they'd ever attended; easy to write that off as maybe just a nice thing for a guest to say, but it honestly seemed pretty sincere, and we got that feedback from more than a couple of people. The whole thing ran like a well-oiled machine and I think people really noticed that. A big thanks to the team at Ashley Ridge! It was exactly the day we wanted, we couldn't be happier with how it all turned out!!
