Their pricing was competitive compared to other quotes I received, and while the job wasn't completed especially quickly, the turnaround time was reasonable and within what I expected. The main reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that several of my gloss black lug nuts were heavily marred during the installation and will likely need to be replaced. My wheels and tires had been installed just two days earlier, and I specifically paid extra for those lug nuts, so it was frustrating to see them damaged almost immediately. The suspension work appears to have been done well, but I wish more care had been taken to protect the wheels and hardware during the process. Other than that, the experience was positive and I'd consider using them again.

When I picked it up the next day it was SPOTLESS! Not one stain at all on it. I could not believe how polished and nice it looked. And then he did an engine bay wash. Man! You would have thought I was buying it off the lot at the dealership. Until we turn it over to the buyer my husband and kids are prohibited from riding in it.
