    The service Department ordered and installed a fender eliminator kit before we picked up or new bike and they gave us a break on the price.

    Yesterday we needed to buy the most basic thing you would buy in an auto parts store . My partners…read moreneeded washer fluid. She did decide to go in herself. It seemed pretty straightforward. I recommend it to her that we buy 20/10 concentrated washer fluid. this is an extremely well-known product. It's has no dyes in it. The parts agent at the desk told my partner. "He had never heard " of it and that they did not have it in stock and sold her some premixed washer fluid which is fine. I use that fluid it in my own car, but it wasn't what we asked for. His response to her was he had never heard of it and they did not have it instead of looking it up like they do for almost every customer. Who's looking for a fuse or a brake pad, or anything else . When she got back to the car, I checked on the website and it was in stock at that store, so I decided to go in and just ask him about it. It wasn't too busy in the store, and I thought it would be ok. He's a man of my age. Who's likely worked around vehicles for a long time. He was wearing a Safeway hat, which I thought was kind cool in its own way. Because there was someone ahead of me. I decided to get the part, which was displayed in the back of the store clearly, with the other two brands of washer fluid. I waited for the agent to become available. He took someone ahead of me who had went out to their car and was coming back, which which happens at these stores. When it was my turn to get to the counter, I showed him the white bottle of 20 10 fluid and said to him gently that I wanted him to know that the product was in stock, and it was our first choice. His response was. He said he did not know had the product and it was in stock but he did not say to me he had "never heard" of the product. Which would've surprised me if he had not. I told its concentrated, and therefore, it's easier to store, for the long-term use His response to my comment after showing the product was not defensive and therefore somewhat favorable. He said, I would have to mix this product with water, and I told him we can get water. I can't say this was a five star experience because we weren't able to buy a product that was on in the shelf on the store, but I do think his reaction was good, and I appreciated it. I would be happy to go back there again when went and if they need a rises.

    I had car work here a couple of years ago after having an accident. It was an all around TERRIBLE…read moreexperience. The customer service was 1/10. The lady (Heui) I dealt with would ignore my calls and emails. I thought maybe she was on vacation or something it was so bad. But, as soon as I'd call or email the manager, she'd get back to me immediately. My car was in the shop for a MONTH. When I picked up my car I was told they were going to wash it. It had clearly NOT been washed. So, I asked the guy who handed my keys over to me and he said "well if we wash it you'll have to wait a while." So I left. What I've most been upset about is after being in the shop for a month I assumed all the repairs were being made. I can't remember if it was when I picked the car up or when i got it home that I noticed it still needed body work. The fender was still pushed out and they never installed a wheel well guard. I then looked at the paper work & it was noted that I needed to take it to a body shop for the fender repair. A little verbal communication about this would have gone a long way. THEN they were supposed to replace 2 tires which was in my quote. After driving it for a week I noticed one of the tires that was supposed to be replaced was bubbled out. This felt like a huge safety concern for me. I called and They claimed they had forgotten to update the order and I had not been charged for that 2nd tire. Of course, they didn't have the tire I needed on hand & would have to order it. Again. Another nice wait. I asked for a loaner vehicle. They said they didn't have any but they'd put a donut tire on for me while I waited for the tire to come in. There was no care nor apology for this mistake. I thought taking my car to the Honda dealership that I would get better work and care. It was a HORRIBLE experience all around. I'd NEVER use them again. Sadly, I feel there's such limited options on Maui that businesses get away with this kind of work and service. 0/10

    Always good customer service. Plus I just like being able to get in early for service & still have…read moretime to run errands afterwards:) Although the longer I sit in the waiting area. The more I notice my surroundings. Cause if you're just passing through you wouldn't really notice the dust. But sitting next to a dusty table top you can even see kids finger prints. They probably tried to write their name in the dust with a finger. Lol. Or the carpet stains on the carpet. That makes it look there might have been a rainy & muddy day. Or maybe as a customer sat down they spilled their coffee. At least the carpet design hides the stains pretty well. It's only really noticeable if you start looking for it. Plus as I sit here other customers are coming & going out. Makes me wonder if they have to work today too? Or maybe they're off. Some of them might have just bought a new car. Or just getting their oil changed. Either way no matter what brought them in today. We all are here today because we needed a service done & Island Honda Service Center is where we chose to come to get it done. So thank you for keeping me entertained this morning.
