Needed to have a balance and rotation done because of shaking of my steering wheel. Dropped off truck around 11am and had to call before closing to check on status. Was told that vehicle was ready. Paid almost $200 for a balance and rotation that did not resolve anything!! Then to add more BS to the situation my center cap mysteriously disappears. I call to see what can be done and was told that the cameras seen that the cap was on the wheel. Would not recommend this place at all. read more

They took care of my baby very well! She is a 2013 F150! They did a few things for me over time :) First it was a 6 inch lift with new tires and rims! Then got flares! Spacers after the flares! AND they kindly put on a baby grille for me :) Ross is super easy to talk to. Are they perfect? no, no company is! There was a few forgotten calls but no one is perfect! Oh where do I start... I'm currently in the process of moving abroad and I was planning on taking my truck with me. First truck got denied through customs as it was a little modified. Wound up ordering a brand new 2022 Ford F-250 Tremor and waiting 10 weeks for it to get here. I wanted something new that would last me where I'm going and cannot be purchased there. The engine passed the decibel test and I was informed I was allowed to actually level it since ford describes it as such along with a fitting set of wheels and tires. Yes this is a lot of money I'm spending now. Never in my life have I ever purchased a new diesel truck. This is a huge deal to me as I've never been able to do it before. I own a motorcycle/high end car tuning shop and build race engines etc. sometimes I get a friend or a customer that also wants something done to his truck. My machines can't handle anything over a 33 so I usually always take them to tire country and I've never really had any issues except for the occasional alignment of the steering wheel off which I can fix myself. So back to my truck, I usually just stick tires on the stock wheels for my own stuff. This time I purchased brand new Method wheels which also were not in stock and I had to wait for along with the 37" F load tires I ordered. The truck had 1500 miles on it when I brought the wheels and tires in the bed to ONLY get mounted and balanced, I was doing the install myself as I don't want anything scratched. WELL WAS I IN FOR A TREAT!! The wheels were still in the box when I brought them along with the rim protectors still on them!! I let them do their thing and when I got home and took the wheels out of the back of the truck all the insides of my wheels were sanded down and scratched where they put the weights. You can see right through the front of the wheel and see these horrible scratches on my BRAND NEW WHEELS. The customer who purchased my stock Tremor wheels was waiting on me so I took them off and handed them over as they were already paid for. Rather then leave my truck on jack stands I put these ruined method wheels on the truck and they honestly look horrible if the wheel is in the right spot. There's weights stacked on weights and crooked at that. I took the truck for a ride and holy hell the vibration was horrible. Absolute trash balancing job. I called Bernie as that's who I usually deal with and the excuses that came out of his mouth were ridiculous instead of trying to make things right he blamed my tires being "Cheap" since their Nexen mid tires. And then about the scratches he said the brake dust will cover it. I clean the insides of my wheels when I wash my truck so he said well bring it by and we can touch it up with some spray paint and they do that so the weights stick better. YEA RIGHT. 100k truck you're just going to start spray painting around. No this is unacceptable to say the least. I don't know what kind of cheap weights y'all are using but I would NEVER sand Down a customers carbon fiber wheel that does over 200 mph to get the weights to stick better. I've never had a weight fly off, maybe stop ordering weights from china? I took the weights off and the truck drove 50% smoother, I would up putting 10oz bag of balance beads in each wheel through the valve stem which took a whole day in itself to do. I tried my best to clean up the wheels and they look absolutely horrible. I was at rides and coffee yesterday and I had numerous people ask me what happened to my wheels and I was happy to tell them and warn them to stay away from this place. Today I was detailing the truck again to get it ready to ship and not only do the scratches still look worse then ever but the crappy lug nuts they gave me are all rusted!!!! I'm not stopping with this review, I'm going to the better business bureau and where ever else I can post reviews including Facebook and every truck forum that I'm on unless my wheels are replaced! read more

So frustrated, I'm writing my first review ever. I've gone back three times to have them fix a shake that started occurring after they installed my lift and tires. With a combined total of 15 hours of my truck there between the three trips, it's always "just come back and we will check it out again." After I call them on the way home, saying nothing has changed with the problem. Customer service is great but the mechanical execution and results, are the reason for this review. read more

This is our offer Thank you" Earlier, I mentioned that I do not want his shop ever touching my jeep again and all I wanted was $2500 to get a brace, stabilizer, balance, and me going back there 5 times... I NEVER WANT THEM TO TOUCH MY JEEP AGAIN, yet, this was his final offer. He even said to swap out the original lift when I told him several times that's not an option with my 37" tires. My gut is telling me that they screwed over NUMEROUS customers and gave them a last resort option. The name of your company is TIRE COUNTRY. You should know how to balance tires. Correctly! YOU ARE THE PROFESSIONAL WITH TIRES AND LIFTS! NOT ME! Being in flooring, even if a client "signed off" that meant nothing since the flooring installer is the professional and the dealer would lose in court. I guess I will see you in court... I was a walk-in just after lunch, meaning I did not have an appointment for my H2 Hummer. I met Carlos at the service counter, he was attentive and competent. I brought my own tires along that had a little over 500 miles on them. Carlos was not sure if they would finish the job same day but would update me end of day. TC mounted all 5 tires, balanced them, and did the front end alignment in just under 3 hours. Truck drives straight. Will gladly use this shop again. read more

Bernie is the owner and a super down to earth guy who cares about you a a customer. I last lifted my Ford F-250 and got Rims /tires during Covid. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. First, I have them the details of the lift I wanted. They said no problem and told me to get 32 inch tires. After i had ordered the lift kit and had it delivered to me I brought it to them and they refused to install it saying it would be too difficult. Finally they agreed to do as they'd promised. Once installed, the tires didn't fit. They cut away part of my truck to make them fit. It took three visits and several conversations with the owner. Even after the install, it was making an odd noise every time I hit the brakes. I had to go back to have them fix it. Yesterday, I called about an alignment. They said first come first serve and come early. I arrived today at 7:30 and waited 30 minutes for them to open only to be told sorry we can't do your alignment today. Had work done several times over the years here on my 2012 Sierra tires, lift, etc. Guys are always super knowledgeable and very professional. Prices are also competitive for the area. Only place I trust to do a proper alignment on larger tires I will always bring my truck to them. Just picked up my truck from being worked on at Tire Country. I brought them parts (leaf springs and shocks that I had ordered online) which I had them install. They were kind enough to install them for me and their quote of how long it would take and how much it would cost was accurate. The only issue I had was that I brought it in when they opened at 8am and they didn't get to it til after 1pm...luckily I wasn't in a hurry to get it earlier in the day. I'm glad to find a place that specializes in 4wd vehicles, so something like this was a no-brainer for them, as they do lifts on trucks all the time. My regular mechanic had quoted me on a four hour job which would have cost me nearly twice as much to do. I will definitely be going back to have any suspension work I might need in the future done on my truck. read more

I had rims installed on my car for $100 and lug-nuts that are worth no more than $25 they charged me $65. That's not even the real issue here. A week later I had all 4 of my tires replaced and it turns out TIRE COUNTRY tech screwed up my hub and stripped it also one of the bolts was chipped off. They're a wonderful company to work with before you have something done. Once you give them the money it's a whole other experience. They tell you things will get done and they don't. They don't make any appointments so trying to get anything done here in a reasonable amount of time is not going to happen. Best install price in town! I had actually forgot to bring in a part with the teraflex install (obviously something not needed for the lift) and even though they were done with the installation and the jeep was off the lift, they brought it right back in and put it on without any hesitation. Rare for a shop to do something like that without trying to charge you more or give you a hard time since it was already done...nice guys.I would recommend them to anyone needing tires or a lift installed. I didn't have the money to do the tires at the same time but they basically matched the price I got from a membership club. I'm definitely going to let them do it, I'd rather support small business then give my money to a big box store and the difference in price is minimal. read more

Brought me into the shop and showed me another Tacoma that was being worked on. I understood the entire process heard a lot of great things about Tire Country and was so glad I entrusted my 2017 Tacoma with their expertise. It's been a 30 year dream of mine to lift a truck and I finally did it. I had 35's put on the Tacoma with a BDS 6 inch lift with coil overs. The truck rides amazing. I got the Nito ridge graplers that look like mud tires but are hybrids and ride with minimal noise and very smooth. Took it off roading and hit rough areas at high speed like nothing. Its my dream truck I'm so glad I had the lift done. The price, service, knowledge and timeliness of the crew was incredible. Go with them if your interested in a lift. We all do it. Look into our outside rearview mirrors. Why do I say this? While driving my vehicle to Tire Country for a re-alignment, my left rearview mirror was fine! However, when I wanted to back my finished vehicle out, I noticed that the left outside rearview mirror was cracked. Admit it, you would have noticed the previously cracked mirror when driving the vehicle to the shop. They denied that they caused this damage. It was their word against mine. If you insist on taking your vehicle into this shop, I suggest ONE MAJOR piece of advice: taking many TIME STAMPED pictures of your vehicle before handing over your keys to them .... **STAY AWAY**Tire Country had very nice customer service yet the work that they did to my truck was not satisfactory in the least bit. I went in for a simple alignment job which the sale rep said would only take about 2 hours. I said ok, I left when I called back in 3 hours time he said still not done will call when done. No problem shops was probably busy, so finally at 15 min before closing i called again and he said, "Ya we didn't get to do it because you have a broken part". That was impossible since the whole front end was redone the day before, hence going in for an alignment. So when I got home I checked the truck and found out that they switched my inner and outer tie rods for used ones. When I confronted them of this they said there was no record and there is nothing to be done. PLEASE I AM TELLING YOU THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS, STAY AWAY!!! read more
