If that policy had been stated upfront, I wouldn't have wasted a week providing everything they requested and waiting for an answer that was never going to come. Absolutely terrible service. Every it of communication I initiate. I have a quad in for piston/rings that has been sitting for exactly two months now. I was originally given a quote with $1000 of additional unneeded parts. After my questioning, I was advised they assumed I would want the extra parts/service done. I have also been informed they have been waiting for the parts from the vendor since it was ordered on 11/19/25, and as of 1/14/26 they still have not received it. This place sucks. Four days to put a tire on then charge 2hrs labour to put a chain and sprocket on that I brought in. A chain that had to come off to replace the tire. And ten minute sprocket install cost $300bucks. The only motivation I seen here was @ 5:30 on Friday to hurry up and get out of there. This place sucks. I do not recommend anyone take anything here. Found the bike I wanted for a great price. Drove down grom Georgia to pick the bike up. Arrived for my 10:00 am appointment bring a cashier's check paying for the bike in full. Really???? I left and came back in an hour. Nope not ready. Still prepping the bike. I come to find they actually sold the bike I was buying (even sent me a picture with sold sign on it) the previous day. I hit the door and into my truck and the sales mgr comes out to tell me 5 more minutes. Yeah right... I told him to forget it. No deal. They were in a big hurry to get me in early to get their (my) money but not so much in giving me the bike. I was greeted and helped by Thomas Rowat, very low pressure and helpful sales associate. He took the time to explain all the options available to me and walked me through the process. This was not my first pwc shopping experience, but has definitely been the easiest. I ended up taking a new 2022 Yamaha FX Cruiser HO. Not only was he friendly and relatable to my position, he answered every question without hesitation. The sales guy went over the details with me, we talked about cash or financing method (I was open to either) and then he said he needed a little while to work up a total price for me. About 5 hours later I got a call, you'll never guess; " I'm afraid that the 4-wheeler you wanted is no longer available, somebody put a down-payment on it so it's gone. I bought my motorcycle here and have the same complaints as others over the past few years which shows me that they don't take constructive criticism to heart and don't try to improve their business. I bought a motorcycle here on a Saturday and was told that it would be ready sometime during the next week after some work was completed on it. After I called them on Wednesday and was told that it would be ready the next day I called on Thursday to confirm that it was ready. It was not, it needed a new air filter that they were having trouble finding. They just discovered this on Thursday after I bought it on Saturday? Also, I had to call them to get this information, they did not call me. Then after I finally got the bike my first temporary tag expired with no word from them, I stopped by and they said it was taking a long time and they would call and look into it so they extended the temporary tag a month. 1 month later; same thing, no call from them, tag expires, I have to stop by and push them to get the situation resolved with DMV. Not communicating with your customers is unacceptable and based on my experience and other reviews that is exactly what this place does. read more

Horrible service experience. Brought a kawasaki in for service. Explained, in detail, what the concern was. They said they would check it out and let me know what was going on. I called after a week, and they hadn't even looked at it yet. Once they did look at it they had to order parts and said they would have it fixed ASAP. After being there for 3 weeks, and the parts being shipped to them the week previous, I had to go and get the machine from them as it was not fixed yet. They told me it would be another week before they could get to it, because they were closing early for some events and Bike Week was coming up. The service manager could care less about my situation, or dilemma. I was a repeat customer, as I brought this machine to them last year for full service and 4 tires. I recently had a pretty remarkable experience with Cycle Sports Center in Orlando, Florida. I am a Tampa resident who was interested in a particular motorcycle, and I discovered that this store had one in the color that I preferred. I called them to confirm that it was still available, and when I was assured that it was, I advised them that I wanted to buy it. When I advised them that I wouldn't be able to pick the bike up until a couple of days later, they advised me that they couldn't hold it. I countered that I didn't want them to hold it; I wanted to buy it immediately and that I was willing to give them a credit card or if it was easier, I would provide my bank account number and bank aba number to make the transaction right away. Eric, the young man with whom I was speaking indicated that he couldn't accept a credit card (in spite of the fact that they advertise that they indeed accept credit cards), because of the 3% fee that they were charged by card companies. I assured him that I would cover the full cost of the 3% fees, but for some reason that didn't fly with Eric's Sales Manager, Mike a disinterested character more inclined to bloviation than customer service. When he got on the phone with me, he ranted about people who left deposits and asked for them back later, and complained that bank transfers taking too long, but made no attempt to find a way to take the full payment I offered. The best part is that when I tried to counter his pretty lengthy diatribe about banks and credit card fees (again, which I gladly offered to pay), he dismissed me for not allowing him to speak. I wish it was recorded. Subsequently, I looked at the company's rating on Yelp. It was an appropriate 2 stars. I would strongly recommend that they empower Eric more fully, and can the pompous and condescending Sales Manager, Mike in favor of someone interested in making sales and servicing customers. read more

The lady at the front desk is awesome, super props to her and her alone, she needs to work somewhere that isn't getting bashed all the time. Call to see if they had a YZ250 topend in stock they said yes, complete kit 1 left in stock, come to find out when I get in the store they don't stock parts like that. No big deal they ordered it for me, I specifically asked if it came with gaskets, bearing, and rings, Julian said it came with everything. I asked him twice!! I wait a week, called today to see if the part was in on time, it was. When I was still on the phone, with the service manager(forgot his name) I asked AGAIN, does it have the gaskets and all. His words were"for that price it's comes with every thing-gasket, rings, o-rings, and bearing." Keep that quote in mind. I make my way into the store to get my kit and he pulls out a box big enough for only a piston! I ask where the rest is and told the manager I was the one that called to make sure multiple times that it was a complete topend kit and not just a piston, he then proceeded to say that for $150 you only get a piston. Shocked and trying to hold my cool I asked why him and his employee would say it came with every thing. I explained to him my issue, and that for the same price I could go to Motorsport.com and get that same piston and everything I would need to get me going, he laughed thinking I was lying. I showed him the site and that in fact I could've got all I needed for that same price. Left him speechless. Took my stuff and left. Seminole power sports may have rude employees but they won't lie and mislead and they know their stuff. Motorsport.com has an amazing customer service department that is super knowledgeable and friendly. I regret trying to find something close by than just ordering form the same place I've ordered from for years. This place is the worst, don't waste your time going here, you'll end up going somewhere else eventually. I left my house this morning with every intention of purchasing a new Polaris Slingshot. This was the closest business to my house that sold the Slingshot and upon arriving at the business I first met with Salesman Charlie who seemed nice enough. I informed him I was interested in the Slingshot and Presumptive Charlie got out all his paperwork and made a copy of my Driver's License. He asked me to fill out a credit application, which I did intentionally did not sign it. Apparently when members of this business go car shopping they put in a credit applications at each business they stops at and that's before they even test drive the vehicle. WTF! I informed Presumptive Charlie I was interested in test driving the vehicle and if we could agree on a price and interest rate there was a good chance i'd be driving one home today. I WAS THAT SERIOUS. Shortly after this conversation appears some young cocky kid who was going to take me for a test ride. I think during the whole test drive he barely managed to speak to me but was more instead in showing me how reckless he could drive. This turned out to be the longest test drive of my life and I soon realized they had no intention of letting me actually drive the vehicle I may be purchasing. I then informed this kid if he wasn't going to let me test drive the vehicle, to take me back to the business and I'd gladly bring my business elsewhere, in which he replied "um ok" Upon pulling into the parking lot, I handed this kid my helmet, got of the Slingshot without saying another word and left to never hear from the salesman, manager on duty or any other representative of Cycle Sports Center to find out why I left so abruptly. I had heard good things about RideNow in Ocala and called them at 352-732-8531 and spoke to Connor who laughed and told me to drive on up in which i did. RideNow in Ocala, FL had a huge inventory, more importantly let me drive the vehicle and I ended up purchasing a 2016 Polaris Slingshot today; as intended. I just recently bought a Yamaha Raider S. I took it to CYCLE SPORTS CENTER to install a Power Commander. Shawn quoted 200 in person but when i called him on the phone he quoted me 400. So wheni got to the store and he realized iwas the same person , he started fumbling over his words. Shawn which is the guy in the Maintenance department, with the Ring Around his eyes, had this nonchalant attitude about everything. I took if back because the bike kept running hot after I got the Power Commander and Shawn could care less. After reading all the negative reviews, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. This dealership's service department is a joke. I bring in my bike for an oil change and to have a part installed, which I provided for them. They say about two weeks. Two weeks pass, I call the following business day and ask for an update, I'm told my bike is next and will be finished by the end of the next business day, which I was fine with. 5 days pass, making it 3 weeks total, and no word, so I call and am informed the bike hasn't been touched at all. I get on their case about it and they finished it that afternoon. Upon picking up, I express my irritation that their unprofessional behavior and lack of communication resulted in cancelled non-refundable plans and they proceed to tell me they are at no fault for the inconvenience. I picked this location because I expected quality dealership professionalism, and they threw it back in my face. This place has no idea what customer service is or how to follow through. We were put on a list for a KTM, when they found out they were getting one they called us for a non-refundable deposit. We put it down and did not hear anything for two months. When we called to follow up they had completely forgot about us and said let me see if I can find a bike. Of course they could only find a more expensive KTM, not what we agreed to at the time of the deposit. So when we went to pay thousand of dollars for the bike, they gave us a hard time with the payment and kept pushing for us to finance through them. Seemed like an ulterior motive to me.
