Great location and friendly staff! My friend loves this cycle bar and they have multiple locations. We decided to go to the landmark location because it was closer to a restaurant we wanted to try afterwards. There is a huge parking lot for all of the businesses in the area. When we walked inside everyone was so kind and friendly. I signed up using the app. I guess you get one free class when you sign up so all of the staff knew it was my very first time. They were also friendly. They helped me get special shoes that lock onto the pedals so your feet don't fly off lol and they even decorated a locker for me that said my first ride :-) the instructor helped me correctly adjust my bike and she walked me through how to do it myself so that way I would be comfortable doing it in the future. The bike came with a towel, two placeholders for a water bottle, and two small bars on either side to do arm exercises. One was 4 pounds and the other was 6 pounds. The class is only 45 minutes, but it definitely flew by. When we first started, the instructor was very kind and energetic. She got everyone in a nice easy pace and and throughout the workout, she tells you to turn up the resistance, or turn down the resistance, or paddle a little faster. She also encourages people to go at their own pace so it didn't feel like it was a competition or it didn't feel like I was being judged if I went a little slower than anybody else. She was so energetic and very thoughtful! I had a really great time. We did a lot of standing while riding, we used our cores, we got to sit down and do the arm weights, and then we got off the bikes and did a couple of stretches before class was officially over. I did not feel rushed I did not feel overwhelmed. I felt it was a great paced class and that I could take my time at certain spots if I needed. After the class, your shoes unclip from the bike, I had a little trouble, but my friend helped ha ha. You take your towel with you and you put the bar that you used for the arm exercise up onto the handlebars of the bike so that way they know which bar to clean. The instructor didn't tell anyone until the very end, but apparently it was her last day teaching at that specific location so it was a bittersweet moment. She was so nice and I hope to take another one of her classes again soon. Her name was Juliana. The CycleBar location itself was very clean, and looks like it was well kept. I did not explore the location as I just went into the lobby, the locker area, and then the class room. I did not realize this, but they keep the classrooms very very dark. Such a great time here! If you haven't been to a cycle bar before, just know that the intensity is higher than you may expect, the music is loud, you're riding the bike to the rhythm of the music and dancing on the bike while doing it (which I personally love). When I first started coming here I told them I was only living in the area for 3 months and they were able to set up a person membership for me which I really appreciated from them. The two instructors I've mainly taken classes from here are Luis and Tasha. I love Tasha because she makes you feel like everyone in the class is a big family, we're all in this together and to not be insecure/uncomfortable with your performance even though you don't know anyone else in class with you. She makes you feel very comfortable which can be hard to find from instructors & bigger classes. I also love Luis because he's hilarious and very sassy - it's entertaining! If you love to laugh and have a nice sense of humor like I do, Luis is the guy you need. His humor makes it feel like the class goes by very quickly as well! I really do recommend both of them. Okay hear me out... this was my first cycle class EVER, so maybe I just didn't know what I was in for. I went in class pass & showed up early. Both the instructor & the front desk were extremely nice. They got me my shoes for no rental fee (something class pass wasn't sure about) so that was a nice relief... but this is where it gets sticky. The shoes are literally hell to walk in. Which I of course did not know having never been to a cycle class. I put them on, got my stuff in my locker & found a restroom, walking literally like a duck. Class was about to start & it's already pitch black so I could not even sort of see the bike numbers. I was told when I checked in I would be in the back... but I was not told where in the back. So I'm awkwardly going *up the stairs* in a pitch black (nearly) room trying to read each number on the bikes in awkward shoes nearly tripping the whole time... then finally someone directs me to my section at the opposite end of the room. There's hardly any room to walk between the bikes. I'm a mid-size girl, but showed up super confident since I do work out & was shocked at the way I had to squeeze around the bikes to find mine. When I did someone came over to help me set it up. Automatically the seat was the most uncomfortable I've ever sat on (telling you because I wish someone would have told me before I went) & although I was semi-confident I knew how to use the bike after being walked through the set up, my "gear" that worked the resistance seemed to not work correctly the entire time... which is a HUGE part of the class teaching (the instructor does a lot of cues to add or take off resistance.) After the cycle part, we did stretches next to the bike, off the bike & I slipped & fell in my awkward shoes. Then I slipped & fell while walking down the stairs. I know this review sounds like a circus act, but that's genuinely what happened & how I felt. Needless to say I rushed out of there quicker than anyone could try to sell me a membership & will undoubtably never return. I'm not writing this review to be mean, but I wish someone had told me what to expect. There is so much hype around cycle classes & if you're a cardio lover wanna be biker with a smaller butt I think you'll love it. But it genuinely was not for me & that's okay. The space was clean, but the way the bikes are set up & the darkness being quite unloving to newbies was a huge turn off overall. I wish them the best because they do seem sweet, but my butt hurt for a literal week after my 45 minute classic ride class. Edit: the music they play was actually pretty good though. So although I was extremely uncomfortable the entire class, I at least could vibe out for a bit. And not uncomfortable in a "this is hard way," I liked the challenge. I signed up for a membership back in Feb., within the week I cancelled the membership with Pricilla who is no longer with the studio. Since the June they have tried to withdraw a membership fee of $149. I have repeatedly tried connecting with the studio, via email, text and physical calls I can not get a response to my issue. My bank has issued an investigation against them as they try to withdraw daily. I don't like posting poor review but I am hoping to get someone's attention to get this resolved. So....here's my updated review as I've been here 9 times now. Of course, I am still super happy about this place, but now that I have been here several times, I feel a more in-depth review is deserved. This place is a judgment free zone. You come to class with whatever goal you had and you ride to what you want. If you want to be challenged, try keeping up with the teacher. If you try to keep up with the teacher and it doesn't feel good and you sit, no one judges you for it. We are all at different levels and the teacher just tells you to ride for yourself. Be prepared to work out and sweat a lot. If you forget your water bottle, they have some Cyclebar water bottles. Included in their price per class, you have access to showers, where towels, spray deodorant, hair ties, and feminine products are provided; lockless lockers that are simple to use; fresh fruit; clean shoes; and filtered cold and room temperature water. Cyclebar has thought of the little things that you could need and it is really nice that they thought of the details. The ambiance in the cycling room is inviting by being a little dark and lit with LED candles. During the ride, the teacher will adjust the lights to meet the music or the type of ride. The room goes completely dark when you're told to ride for yourself. It really makes you focus and is some sort of meditation where you can focus on your goal for the class. Along with working out your legs, the teachers incorporate dips while you ride to work your core and upper body, but there is also a weighted bar. You may get a 4 lb or 6 lb bar and while that seems like really light weights, it is really heavy after all you do in class. Get ready to hear "Reach down, add another gear. Yes, you can! Yes, you will!" and "That moment where you feel challenged, that's your body changing." My favorite teachers are KMax, Katie, and G. There are no good and bad teachers; all are different and I respond better to certain people and that is why they are my favorite. Below are my breakdowns of workouts with each teacher I've had. Carolyn - She's great for beginners because she has a calming voice and offers a workout that is lower resistance, but higher RPMs. Her arm workout is killer. That 4 lb bar weighed a ton by the time we got to it, but that was after countless dip reps on our handlebars while we rode. Kim - Let's start by saying that Kim is a triathlete. She works at lower RPMs but higher resistance for longer periods of time. She works on your endurance and makes you stronger. Katie - Ahh Katie working the happy hour on Fridays. Love it!! Katie is so full of spunk and energy. She motivates me with her style and pushing me super hard. Katie runs her class at high RPMs and high resistance. She keeps you on pace with the beat with "1,2," "Right, left," or "Hup, Hup!" It's great when you want to focus on the backbeat and you're not supposed to. The hip backs and arm workouts are intense as well. G - G is also full of energy. I would call her a little bar of C4. She runs her class at high RPMs and high resistance as well. She keeps you on pace with the music just like Katie and you can't help but try to keep up with her. She also works on hip backs and arm presses, but when you get to the weighted bar, you're going to feel a burn. It's not a semi-warm feeling, it is a 3 alarm fire in your arms. My favorite tagline by G is "If you smile, you burn 50 more calories." Of course, she says this as your arms are burning. KMax - KMax is so energetic and keeps you motivated through the class. I like how KMax introduces herself every class. KMax also explains where first, second, and third positions are before she starts class. I think this is very important because there is always someone new to either cycling or Cyclebar. You will hear her say "Yes, you can! Yes, you will!" when she asks you to gear up or up your RPMs. Yes, her class is a high RPM and high resistance. Last Saturday morning, she had us going at high RPMs and high resistance, then remarks "Oh, this is just your warmup." Seriously?! KMax works your arms on the bike and when you get to the weighted bar, KMax will tell you "Hate me now, but when your arms are sexy, you'll thank me." If you're interested in trying Cyclebar out, I highly recommend doing so. They have free classes so that you can determine if you like it or not. I am addicted. Have been going now for 3 months and the staff has consistently been super thoughtful and friendly, and the instructors are upbeat, and push you for that little something extra each class. If you are new to the whole boutique cycling classes, it is a great 45-60 minutes of fun kick your ass cardio. The studio is dim when you first walk inside, and as you go through the different phases of the workout, the instructor changes the lighting from dim, to shades of reds, to blues. You cycle to the beat of the song, and turn resistance up or down depending on the phase you are in the class. They also add some choreography to the ride like tap backs (tapping your booty to the seat), wide push ups on the handle bars etc. This takes a little getting used to at first but I love it and it really pushes me to make sure my feet are on time so I can hit the choreography! So fun! I love this place. Extra bonus is they provide cycling shoes for your use at no extra cost. I was doing class pass, but I love this place so much and have been going consistently 3-4 times a week that I may take the plunge for the unlimited membership! read more

I've been waiting to write my review after attending a few classes. If you're like me, the first time in a group fitness class can be a bit confusing, as you figure out what to do (think first yoga class ever). Now that I've been to three CycleBar classes, I am excited to give a big 5 stars! When you walk in, you'll check-in on an iPad and be given a pair of spin shoes with clips. Trust me- those clips make a huge difference! The lockers are clean and high-tech; you get a chance to enter your own code for the lock. Once class begins, the fun starts! These 45-minute sessions of cardio are choreographed to modern, high-tempo songs. The instructors are high-energy, but also stress the importance of good form. When CycleBar came to town, it was somewhat of a novelty and one of the few cycling-specific studios in town. I regularly and excitedly attended classes at the DTC location beginning from their soft opening in early 2016. Three years later, I still go to the Lone Tree location occasionally, as I have never experienced problems there. However, I no longer attend classes at this location. Parking is often difficult, as this location is within the Landmark, which is a shopping center with a movie theater, several restaurants, and a couple other fitness studios. Parking is easier to find in this area in the early morning hours, but mid-day on weekends or after work on weekdays? You'll be circling endlessly trying to find a spot. Once you do successfully park and walk in, however, you will discover that the locker and bathroom area is TINY. With ~50 bikes and therefore a potential of 50 people attending each class, they simply need a larger area for people to store their things, change into cycling shoes, and socialize after class. It's difficult to even move around when one class is getting out and you're preparing to go in for the next one. Aside from the logistics of parking and getting to the studio, as well as the actual classes, I have found the staff to be rude and dismissive time and time again. They often act as though your presence is an inconvenience or a bother to them rather than providing friendly customer service. There was one time when I was fairly new to Cyclebar and I arrived somewhat early for my class. The doors to the "cycle theater," as they call it, were open, so I put on my shoes, went in, and hopped on a bike. I was quickly approached by an employee who acted as though I had walked into the studio completely naked, rather than simply wanting to warm up before my class because the DOORS WERE OPEN. She sternly told me that I had to leave because they were "preparing the room." It was very annoying to be treated this way when I had paid good money to take classes here and just wanted to ready myself for the challenge ahead. Normally, they do a better job of closing the doors before clients are *allowed* to go in and get on a bike. However, they generally keep the doors closed until 5 minutes before class, and some of us want more time than that to warm up. All of the rules and regulations here are offputting to say the least. If so much time is required to "prepare the room," why not schedule more time between classes so those who are spending a lot to come here can have a little more time to warm up and make the most of their ride? I also remember one specific time when I showed a staff member a post from Instagram touting a sale they were having on 10-class packages. She was very snobby and tried to argue with me that the sale had ended, when the Instagram post right in front of both of us said that it was going on for a few more days! She finally agreed to sell me the package, acting the whole time like it was a Herculean task to even deal with me. The fitness market is extremely competitive in Denver. Although cycling studios were a rarity here back in 2016, in 2018 when I was dealing with this employee, tons more had opened up. If you have a customer who is eager to purchase services at your studio when there's two other places nearby offering the same concept with likely better customer service, it's best not to treat them like they're a gnat that you want to swat away. To make matters worse, when she asked for my first and last name to link the package to my account, she somehow butchered the spelling of my very simple and extremely common German last name (instead of taking the easy step of asking me to clarify my name) so that the package wasn't linked to my account. I eventually resolved this and was able to use my package. I accomplished this via email communications with the studio, because I didn't want to physically go in again and have to deal with this same employee. All of these factors have made me no longer wish to attend classes at Cyclebar DTC, and I would advise any potential rider to keep them in mind. I don't dislike all Cyclebar locations as they are a franchise, and my experience hasn't been at all like this at the Lone Tree or Southwest plaza locations. read more

A love letter... Dear CycleBar DTC, You're the first spin class I've ever taken, and it was love at first ride. I can count on you for convenient scheduling to accommodate my inconsistent life. I know you'll always have an amazing instructor ready to encourage me and push me every single time in all the best ways (special shout out to my faves Carolyn and Katie). You greet me warmly, provide me shoes and other great amenities. Most importantly, I am able to watch myself grow (and see my thighs shrink) through your patient encouragement and rocking playlists. This has to be hottest new workout spot in the DTC. The studio is gorgeous and I love how high tech it is. You can track all of your workouts online and you check in using an iPad.Also they provide shoes and water. I am glad I had the opportunity to try this indoor cycling spot out on a chilly winters night with other Yelpers. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with really helpful people who let you know where everything is so you can sign in, get shoes if you need them, water, and lockers. The lockers are great as they allow you to create your own code. If you are a gym person, you will probably really love this type of workout. I prefer to hike or bike outside, and love Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga. While I am glad I had the opportunity to try this new studio out, this was not the type of workout for me. It is a spin class with some super cheesy music and some various arm movements, including using a pole to lift and do some different types of reps with. Our instructor was sometimes hard to understand over the cheesy "Forever Young" and Eminem tunes she was playing. Had the playlist been better, I would have definitely been more motivated. At the end of the class, she had us doing a few stretches off of the bike, and ended saying to thank yourself for coming in...and then she said "Namaste!" I am a member of a yoga studio, so this is common practice there. However, after such a high energy type of workout with loud terrible music, this definitely rubbed me the wrong way. read more

CycleBar is the best. Just joined a few weeks ago and quickly started going at least once a day. If you get the unlimited package, it makes the per class price really cheap. Plus if you have unlimited, you can go to DTC, LOHI, or the Union Station location. This is great when you want to take a class with your favorite instructors or if there is a class time that works better for you at one of the other locations. The instructors, staff, and community are what make this place so great. Everyone seems genuinely excited to see you when you walk in and that support makes it a lot easier to show up every day. The classes seem to fly bye and the instructors keep you motivated the entire time. Each instructor creates their own play list and it is different for each class which helps to mix things up. I used to be a die hard spin class participant and hadn't found classes since moving to Denver. Cycle Bar is so much more than my old spinning studio. It's a whole full service experience! While wearing used shoes usually makes me uncomfortable (I'm looking at you, bowling alley) I love that they provide bike shoes with the classes. Towels, water and snacks are also provided, so basically just don the workout clothes and show up. The studio experience really let me get out of my head and into a good space in the near darkness and music. You don't worry about what anyone else is doing, just follow the instructions at your own level and let your mind go. I scoffed at the "bar" that was laying across the front of my bike because it seemed so light. Hah! My arms weren't giggling when we were peddling and using that bar for a coordinating upper body workout later on in class. Yep- cycling with a bar - makes more sense now! Logistics stuff - it's at the Landmark in DTC so plenty of free parking. There are lots of great restaurants in that area, so go grab brunch or lunch after class and refuel! I LOVE this place! My bestie brought me here last year and I fell in love. I was extremely nervous that I'd be the girl that passed out or puked in class but I voiced my concerns when I checked in and the awesome staff made those fears melt away. They helped me get my bike set up, told me to focus on RPMs vs choreography until I got into my groove after a few classes. I haven't looked back! Things I love: KMax and Effie's classes, any "Connect" ride, sweating my butt off and burning insane calories in a dark room where no one cares how ridiculous I look, the bad ass tunes, free fruit after your rides and the fact that you don't need shoes if you don't have them. Needing a change to my workout I decided to buy a groupon for 4 cyclebar classes and I'm hooked! One of the best workouts I've had, and one of the most customer friendly places I've been to! The customer service there is top notch, easily a 10 star place. I accidentally let my 'class credits' from groupon expire.Not realizing that the credits had been expired for quite awhile, I wrote them asking about it. They extended it for me for a month and a half without me even asking! My first time there I was a little nervous- I didn't know where to go, what shoe size I was (they have special clip on shoes for the bikes), or even how to set up my bike. One of the associates, Kelsey, 'held my hand' every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable and ready to rock my workout! She gave me a tour of the gym, helped me pick out shoes, and taught me how to set up my bike for next time. She even found me after the workout to check in on me and make sure I was doing well. The workout was FANTASTIC! Who knew 50 minutes could fly by so quickly?! The instructor was energetic and was good at switching up 'routines' on the bike so that you never felt as if you were just cycling. The company will email you with your 'stats' of your workout once you're done- something always good when trying to set goals! I also love how involved they are with the community. If you follow them on facebook you'll see that they are always trying to promote a healthy lifestyle and raise money towards a good cause. My friend signed me up for a promotion to join the CycleBar and I had a death in the family along with the holidays and postpone my membership until after the holidays as I was really looking forward to this while getting into shape, but too many things came up in my personal life and new situations with work the people at CycleBar were not understanding rather rude until I talk to another girl who that she wanted to help me, but was only met with extreme cancellation fees. I was also charged for late fees on appointments. I never booked and was told it's my fault for not looking at the app more closely, but I never once went to a cycle session, due to my circumstances. It seems like a legit place but the customer service was very unprofessional and very rude and seemed like they were a lot of hidden fees and cancellation fees. Make sure you definitely read the fine print before signing up with them and good luck trying to talk to someone willing to help you cancel your membership. read more

Good workout, but what's lacking is the music. Each instructor lacked up to date taste in music which is so important when you're trying to get your class motivated. It's 2017, I do not want to listen to Hanson or Blink-182! A lot of things suck about 2017 but one thing I should be grateful for is that I do not need to listen to Hanson. I probably won't be returning as this class can't compare to Soul Cycle. And the class packages should not expire! I shouldn't be penalized for being a busy working lady who can't fit all my classes in 3 mos. Or for the fact that this isn't the only workout place I visit so I don't come as often as they'd like me to. read more

WOW! I bought a pack of classes off Groupon and honestly wasn't expecting much. Often, groupons are as advertised but really don't provide so much value I would pay non-Groupon prices for. Cyclebar is awesome and breaks the mold. I took cycling classes in college at my university gym and really enjoyed it, it's been about two years since I last went for a stationary ride. When I walked in, I was really nervous but that was quickly quelled when an attendant immediately greeted me and showed me the check in process. She was so friendly I immediately felt comfortable! She helped me find proper shoes and how to use the locker, then it was time to wait. As the class before us left, I saw a mix of miserable and happy faces - all sweating. I walk in, find my reserved bike and immediately the instructor offers to help me get set up on that and really just put me at ease. The room is dimly lit and pumping with music, I actually really liked the atmosphere. The ride itself was TOUGH!! I nearly threw up twice but loved every minute. I can't wait to go back. I started at this studio when I first moved to Denver a little over a year ago. I had never done cycle before so I was...well, terrified. After my first class, I was hooked! The studio is so calming and the staff is so welcoming. After a year, I've never taken a class where I left disappointed (at any of the Denver studios...all are amazeballs), the instructors are all equally empowering and motivating. Not only has CycleBar allowed me to create a new sense of self confidence but also given me a reason to make time for myself more regularly and allowed me to meet some pretty incredible people along the way! If you're a group workout class junkie like me then CycleBar is your new addiction. I was home for a week visiting and literally went everyday, I couldn't get enough! Classes are reasonably priced and offered at convenient times to any schedule. Check in when you get there and grab your complimentary shoes. Although, I suggest investing in your own pie eventually. Lockers are next. You don't need your own lock! Grab a red water bottle that everyone is sporting, fill it up and then hit your bike. These bikes are a little different than the ones I'm used to at soul cycle. They have a monitor on them. The class is taught based both on resistance and speed (to the beat of the music). But you can customize it to your own level. Instructors have all been fabulous! The group mentality is motivating and the small races and score board push me beyond belief. I think the first time I went I was like 18/36 but by my last class I was top 5. Competition! Apples and bananas are complimentary in case you need to run after class. I was able to take a free class courtesy of Yelp last month when CycleBar was starting its soft opening. I think this place is supposed to be similar in concept to SoulCycle. There are about 50 bikes in the room. You sign up online in advance of the class and select your bike. Once you arrive, there is an iPad that you check in using your name. Once you're all checked in, someone hands you a pair of bike shoes that you need to clip in to your bike, there are lockers where you set the lock combination, water on tap (and set to cold water and room temperature). There's a community room by the lockers with the water tap, fresh fruit and water bottles, if you need one. There's also a couple of changing rooms, shower areas and restrooms. Once you enter the cycle room, the bikes are sort of close to each other with a 4 lb bar sitting across the handlebars. You adjust your bike and hop on the bike and get ready to go. The instructor goes around to assist people with setup and then the class starts. There is a computer screen with stats once everyone gets riding. Honestly both times I was there, it never worked, but I've heard since then it's up and running. The lights are turned down or off, with candlelight down by the instructor. The music sort of depended on the instructor. With two different classes, I found each instructor had their own style. The first class, Carolyn L was the instructor and while she was okay, she wasn't my favorite. I didn't find the workout as challenging and she had a Valley Girl monotonous voice that I had a hard time ignoring. Maybe that's just me. She might be better suited for newer students? The second class, KMax, really pushed us a lot harder. She pushed for higher rpms and higher resistance, which I appreciated. Some of her encouragement was on point. I already have a gym membership at a place that I love, but if you're looking for a spin home, this might be the place for you. read more

This is a VERY upscale spin studio. You get a lot of free stuff when you go; water bottles, fruit, room temperature or chilled water from their water bar. The classes are super fun. The music is great and you can "opt in or opt out" of a ranking board that shows your spot in the class. The women in here are "beasts" ( in a great way)and I was basically trying not to be last. It's a hard workout that you can modify if you need to - I did. They have shoes for you to borrow while you're there. I love that they incorporate so much upper body movement into the spin classes - you do get a pretty good whole body workout. The bathroom, changing room situation is a tad confusing if you aren't a regular. The areas are very limited and its hard to tell where the different rooms are and who should be in them, add a pretty narrow hallway and there is a bit of tension during transitions between classes. read more

Blond cheerleaders with NO rhythm or sense of pace. Scream at you constantly. Horrible music-unless you like ghetto rap with lots of "fuck" and "bitch" and "ho" tossed in to show how "cool" the instructor is. Instructors like to talk about how much they drank night before-which is used as an excuse for their inability to ride whole class. Stupid dance moves on bike having no correlation to real cycling AND really don't provide any real benefit at all (and a 4-10 lb bar is meaningless)They ALL have a really annoying way of screaming with a tonal lisp/grunt at end of each sentence in an effort to clone KMax. And you pay WAY too much to suffer this BS. The bikes however are good machines-and it's something to do during winters when can't ride outside and don't want to "join" a gym. BRING EARPLUGS-and ignore the screaming "cheerleaders" who are horrible. read more

I've now attended 2 classes at CycleBar and agree with everyone below that while the music selections are hit or miss, it's a great workout! The location is great and the staff/instructors are extremely high energy and helpful. I love that they have water, snacks, and that they provide cycling shoes that clip into the bikes. I really do wish CycleBar had a changing area! Maybe I'm missing something, but they have 3 bathrooms and a shower area (I couldn't tell if it was unisex or if there was another one in another part of the building). I think you have to change in the bathroom which works with the small space, I suppose. Next, my friendand I signed up for a class that was on "waitlist" status. I received an email that I was off the wait list, but he never did so we figured the class was full. When I got to class I saw that he did, in fact, have a bike. After class, we searched and searched for any type of email regarding him being off the wait list and it was nowhere to be found...but he had received all of the advertisement emails from CycleBar. Hopefully they can fix their reservation system! read more

This place is really cool! They provide you with shoes that clip in and make it much easier to pedal. They also have before or after workout snacks. Happy hour on Friday is great too. They give you red and white wine and decent wine coolers. It is a little pricey but sometimes they have offers. And sometimes they offer free classes. K-max was an awesome instructor and her energy helped push myself more then I did with the first instructor who I won't name. All in all this place is great. read more
