    Scratch with brake fluid or something eating into my bike's tank bag after pick up

    *Updated* Not reliable or honest. Diagnostics on my bike wasn't run. It came back damaged and I was told it was like that when I dropped it off. I was charged for warranty work and had to get the manufacture to tell them to cover it under warranty. (Warranty work usually pays a pre-negotiated rate that's lower than customers are charged) *UPDATE* You charged me for commissioning, you said the motor probably needed synced. You offered to refund me the money after I went to Zero, but I didn't want to drive out there again for the cash. The bike spent nearly half a year at dealers, it isn't even about just how long you had it for before wiping my logs and not giving me a diagnoses for the dates and times provided. You said a firmware update would fix it when I picked it up and it was "good to go". It wasn't. Wish I could trust that it's working fine now, but I don't believe anything you said, as others have warned me. Buy back? Bro, I asked for a refund, Zero said they were reviewing the request, then the ghosted me for months, forcing me to hire a lawyer. I politely asked them for an update every two weeks. I bought a helmet cam so I could record the bike TURNING OFF WHILE RIDING REPEATEDLY. Losing lights, drive power, dash, brake lights, etc. for several seconds while it rebooted. Video I provided to you and Zero. Along with video of the dash freaking out and stranding me. Also, the bike failing to maintain 70MPH, reducing to about 40MPH on the highway while I increased throttle output to try and not die. Then randomly deciding it wanted to go full speed again a minute later. It wasn't even about the money, and especially not about buyers remorse. As you said, I bought a loaded DSR the next year. Then an SR/S premium with 12kW charger last year. Then an Energica Eva Ribelle this year. I'm spending 25K+ a year on bikes, I don't give a shit about 10K that I would have gotten simply selling it, I *COULDN'T SELL IT BECAUSE I WAS AFAID IT WOULD KILL SOMEONE* It is true though, I did ride it for thousands of miles while taking it to several dealership and waiting for chargers to be replaced, then there were no dealers within range for about a year (coleman of woodbridge dropped them after it took months to send my onboard charger out, I should have Lemon Lawed it then, but was dumb and kept giving Zero chances), then your place showed up on my map and I let you have a try at it. First time I was promised the shutdowns would be fixed, it was the charger's fault! lol. I thought that was an odd diagnosis. Then a bunch of "it's fixed in this firmware update". Nope, kept happening, and I kept recording it. Zero hated it being shared on social media. I've been telling everyone to go get their Energica in NC, they've all been very happy, along with me. My friends like to spend 25K a year on motorcycles also, they're enjoying our business. Great Energica dealership down there. Have a great day!

I called several shops, none of which could promise the repair work within a reasonable period of time (2 weeks). Cost was not a factor as the repairs were covered by my insurance company. Levon was very straightforward in estimating the time required, which would be hard to determine before removing the door and viewing the frame damage, which turned out to be considerable. The repairs were still completed in a little more than 2 weeks. The quality of the work was excellent, and Levon provided excellent service in driving me to and from the Rockville library, when I had to wait a couple of hours for some minor follow-on repair. I would not hesitate to use his shop again should the need arise.

    Took my 2011 Infiniti M37 to get my get a set of Morimoto fog lights I had purchased from Morimoto…read moreinstalled. Couldn't locate any other shops to do this work. Not only did Levon give me an estimate during my lunch hour, he was able to do the job the next day. What really blew me away was that I added in a custom headlight replacement to swap out my dim and aging bulbs that were borderline dangerous at night and polished the haze off the headlight lenses. He replaced a few other market bulbs as well at no charge. Fast service and quality work at a fair price. Will definitely be going back to Obsession for any other auto customizations. Recommended all the way.

    My wife and I had been intrigued by the idea of getting ourselves e-bikes. We had done some…read more'research', for many months, but quite frankly we had become overwhelmed by the number of manufacturers, features, specifications, etc. etc., and as a result, were unable to make a decision. Long story short my wife ran into Good Vibes Bikes in Rockville (https://www.goodvibesbikes.com/) so we decided to take a look. What a difference! We had the good fortune to be greeted by the manager JAIME MUNOZ whose knowledge of the business was truly impressive! We aren't young and described our needs and use cases, and even though the shop had a bewildering array (100+) different bikes, he immediately directed us to 3 different options which he believed suited our needs. He helped us 'test drive' all three, in their safe parking lot, and we were able to make a quick decision. It was a breath of fresh air! He helped us understand the features and operation of the bike, and patiently answered ALL our questions quickly and direcly... Our bikes will arrive in a few days and we have complete confidence in our decision. If you do take the time to visit their website there is a page (https://www.goodvibesbikes.com/why-buy-from-us) that describes the reasons why buying from them is a sound decision. At first, it seemed like a bit of self-promotion, but after visiting and making the purchase, it all makes sense. These bikes are complex beasts. The idea of two 100lb flat-packed cardboard boxes showing up at our house from some gigantic on-line seller, and spending, likely many hours, assembling them, was more than a little daunting. We consider ourselves reasonably technically and mechanically competent, but having them assembled and tested by professionals before taking them on the road definitely provides a lot of peace of mind... Just the safety considerations alone are worth the price of admission... The additional benefit is they also provide a lot of other services for maintaining and servicing the bikes, which is also a BIG DEAL. I cannot imagine the stress, endless frustrating telephone conversations, and the hassle of trying to fix, or worst case, disassemble and return one of these things to some faceless organization! Bottom line is our bikes will arrive in a few days, and we are very relaxed about our decision. They will assemble and test our bikes and JAIME will give us a call when they are ready for pickup. They will load them onto our bike rack, ready for the nearest trail!! Very impressed with JAIME MUNOZ, and the business model in general. I highly recommend them. If you are in the market for an e-bike, walk in and ask for JAIME, it will make your life a lot easier.
