Big mistake, I got an alignment and four new tires. I only got the tires because it was easier, but their prices are at least 20% higher than the competitors. I had to bring my car back several times because of a tire sensor issue. I was told that my sensors were "sensitive", I've had this car for 5 years, bought it brand new. I never had "sensitive" issues. After my tires were installed, I asked if they checked the bolts, joints, and wheel structure, because something was loose and my car wasn't handling the same. They said if it's an issue, take it to the dealership (that's what Mo said). However, they could have easily fixed the issue. And when my car was done, I went back in and asked Mark the manager if they checked it, he said "they always check when they work on the car". The tech who worked on my car scoffed and said "I ain't mess up no tires". I left and went to another mechanic. Turns out my wheel was literally about to fall off!!! THEY DIDN'T TIGHTEN THE BOLTS! My new mechanic told me, they shouldn't have left your car like that, it is very dangerous. He said the manager should have checked it when you complained about it, don't take your car there ever again. Not only does this place overcharge, but they also don't do thorough work, and the customer is only satisfied due to ignorance. I brought my car back and complained more than once, all I got was "take it to the dealership" and "we checked it". He promised me that if I can come by 8 am next day he will make sure I am done first and fast as I had a doctor's appt.
