Levon was very straightforward in estimating the time required, which would be hard to determine before removing the door and viewing the frame damage, which turned out to be considerable. The repairs were still completed in a little more than 2 weeks. The quality of the work was excellent, and Levon provided excellent service in driving me to and from the Rockville library, when I had to wait a couple of hours for some minor follow-on repair. I would not hesitate to use his shop again should the need arise.

I purchased a used Morgan Super 3 (225 miles) from Flemings, primarily because of a specific…read moregraphics package they could source and install for me ($4k), which I made clear multiple times was the main reason for the purchase. I traded in an 11-year-owned Ferrari 360 as part of this deal... and sent them a buyer for an immediate $15k profit. When the car arrived, the graphics installation was severely defective: 60+ air bubbles indicating poor surface preparation, vinyl tenting around structural rivets, multiple panels installed crooked, one graphic installed completely upside-down, and an improperly trimmed exhaust cutout that was already lifting. I also discovered the storm cover and a floor mat listed on the build sheet were missing. When I'd specifically asked the sales manager if there was anything "used" about the car, I was told there were no issues at all. When I raised these concerns, Flemings' response was to propose "smoothing out" the bubbles rather than replacing the defective panels, despite the fact that vinyl which has tented over rivets has compromised adhesive and cannot be properly corrected this way. The dealership principal told me not to contact him directly going forward. After too much back-and-forth with no meaningful resolution, I had no choice but to escalate directly to Morgan Motor Company. To their credit, Morgan responded quickly, apologized for the experience, and arranged for a replacement graphics kit to be sent directly from the factory, something Flemings had refused to do despite my offering to cover the reinstallation costs myself. The Super 3 itself is a fantastic car, and Morgan Motor Company's response was excellent. But my experience with Flemings.. from the incomplete disclosure at sale to the defective installation to the deflection when I tried to resolve it, was well below what I'd expect from an authorized dealer of a premium brand. I would not purchase from or recommend Flemings.

We consider ourselves reasonably technically and mechanically competent, but having them assembled and tested by professionals before taking them on the road definitely provides a lot of peace of mind... Just the safety considerations alone are worth the price of admission... The additional benefit is they also provide a lot of other services for maintaining and servicing the bikes, which is also a BIG DEAL. I cannot imagine the stress, endless frustrating telephone conversations, and the hassle of trying to fix, or worst case, disassemble and return one of these things to some faceless organization! Bottom line is our bikes will arrive in a few days, and we are very relaxed about our decision. They will assemble and test our bikes and JAIME will give us a call when they are ready for pickup. They will load them onto our bike rack, ready for the nearest trail!! Very impressed with JAIME MUNOZ, and the business model in general. I highly recommend them.
