I called Tilton figuring I'd just get another dead end support person telling me I would need to bring the set in for them to fix for some outrageous price. Not only does he know what I'm talking about, he goes on to explain what normally happens with these tv's and how to fix the problem. He saved me at least $90 by not having to try a new power supply which I was close to buying off ebay.
