And for an electrical company to be unable to connect a functional Spectrum Xumo box to a new TV, and then deny they were asked to do so, is inexcusable. What's more, they quoted $80 and I paid $95 for a half-finished job because I thought the guy who came out was nice. Boy was I wrong!!! These people are a bunch of aggressive, bullying, creeps!!! The gentleman called to let me know he'd be at my home in about 20 minutes, and was early into my two-hour block of time. Thankfully the issue was able to be fixed on the spot and the tech had all the parts needed. The final price was very reasonable and I will gladly call this company again if needed.

We where in a pinch with a house for sale that out of no where had some crazy breaker issues. Mike called me back about an hour after I left the voicemail. I explained our situation, he offered to meet me at the house that afternoon. It took him less than 30 minutes to figure out the problem and fix it!! On top of that as I came up from the basement I found him fixing the broken handle on our door that led out to the garage.
