When I brought it back, they said it could be fixed right away, so I returned again a couple of days later to pick it up--but it hadn't been properly repaired. Only the lower part of the train had been addressed, while the most important area was left untouched. They then asked me to come back again a week later. When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service. Out of the five dresses I entrusted to them, two were returned in a condition that made them unusable.

However, I've noticed that whenever I bring my things to dry clean, the man is unapproachable and has a dismissing attitude towards me. The way he speaks is off putting. The lady is always kind. I notice that they treat their older age customers with much more respect. Unfortunately due to multiple occurrences I won't be returning. There is another tailoring shop down the street called E Z Sewing, run by the funniest lady who also offers great prices. Check her out.

As a young Black man, it is deeply uncomfortable to feel watched and followed as if I don't belong. Today, while doing my laundry, I witnessed the Hispanic employee on duty treat an elderly Black man with the same level of suspicion and disrespect he has shown me for months. He stares constantly and sometimes follows me around; it feels like harassment and sends a clear message of 'What are you doing here?' I grew up in this neighborhood and have come here since I was a baby with my mother. I am leaving five stars only out of respect for the business's history and my years of patronage, but this behavior is unacceptable. Management, please speak to your staff. Everyone should feel welcome here, regardless of their race.
