My family and relatives have been going to Sparkling Cleaners for more than 20 years. They do a great job dry cleaning and altering clothes. Mrs. An (sp?!), the owner, is the only person I really trust altering my clothes. I have moved up north and can't go to her anymore but still think about her every time I need something hemmed. Yelpers complaining about treatment should consider cultural differences. Not everyone grew up in this friendly, do_everything_to_please_customers environment. And why are you so attached to a silly clothing item anyway?! There are much more important things to worry about. read more

I have to give this place 5 stars...when it comes my clothes...it's all about the pressing and let me tell you Sparkling Cleaners does NOT disappoint and neither does their excellent, knowledgeable customer service! I've been to many cleaners in this area and I can say with certainty...this one rises above all the others. The #1 thing you notice as you step in is the cleanliness of the place! Spic and span! Jung behind the counter is a beam of sunlight and a breath of fresh air. She has a knack for remembering practically everyones name! A true gem! I would have give them 2 stars, as my husband had been bringing his work shirts to this cleaner for a while and the results were OK (it was pricey, but it was conveniently located on his way to work). However, I will give them only 1 star now, because just to make a sale, they accepted to clean a jacket with buttons they did not know how to handle. In fact, all the 8 mother of pearl buttons on the jacket were ruined and they are not so easily available here. Now, everybody makes mistakes, but some acknowledgment and apology would had been appropriate, and the owner should had not objected to my request of reimbursement for the cost of 8 equal type of buttons. Instead, the owner's only explanation was that this is a common problem for these type of buttons and it is almost inevitable that they will break (...but all of them?). Unfortunately, I know for personal experience that this is absolutely untrue. If they did not know how to clean this jacket, they should have rejected the sale, or do first some research on how to perform the cleaning properly (in this case, wrap the buttons with foil), and maybe they would had kept a customer... Obviously, we are now using a different dry cleaner. read more

They both are very friendly and I will continue to send my dry cleaning to this cleaners. I have tried others in the area, and there is just no comparison. read more

After 10 years of using this dry cleaner, I have taken my business elsewhere. We spent $100+ a month on dry cleaning. The last straw was after I picked up the cleaning and my husband's Tommy Bahama shirt had 2 holes in it (wasn't like that when I dropped it off)! There was no explanation offered other than "it happens" and when I asked about having to pay for it considering THEY ruined it, she said that yes, I had to pay for it. There was no apology. So, was being greedy and taking $6 off my bill worth losing a long time customer who spends $100+ a month? read more

My mom been using this cleaner for several years and she don't know how to use Yelp or I should say computer in general. I heard so much from my mom how good they are. Now it's my turn to use them for my office clothing. I am impressed with the quality of cleaning and service. I dropped off pants for hem and dry cleaning also some office attire shirts. They also removed the stains from the collar of my shirts. The price is fairly ok as well. read more

Customers @ Sparkling have been customers for 10, even 15 years, no joke! That tells you something! Friendly, professional, honest and good! I had a white silk theory dress, my friend bumped into me and spilled red wine all over it and was convinced it was a lost cause. But I gave it a shot and Sparkling Cleaners made it look like new. After years of trying different dry cleaners only to see my clothes come back with the same marks and stains I found this great dry cleaner Sparkling Cleaners. They provide excellent services! I've been coming here for the last couple years and couldn't be happier. The husband wife couple that owns/works it are great. The wife always has a smile and a warm greeting. The reason why I'm giving them one star is because of customer service. Owner is so rude and unprofessional. I brought in a pair of pants to have hemmed and she asked if they were clean. I told her no (because I had tried them once and I felt they were dirty) but that I did not want them cleaned just hemmed that it was OK. She says, "it may be OK for you, but not for me". And the way she looked at me and her tone...seriously. I took my pants somewhere else and they did not ask if they were clean or dirty. Not going back to someone who has no respect for her clients and feels its OK to speak to them in this manner. read more

Overpriced and professional. The Korean woman that runs the shop told me that the person that pressed my dress complained that it was too much work. Positioning is everything in customer service, and she failed to position to me why returning a dirty dress to me that was nicely pressed was worth the 35 dollars that she charged me. I told her I would not be going back, and she said she would remove me from her computer and that I could try to find some place else. I'll do that and save myself the abuse. Zero stars. read more
