His first step as he began his inspection was to bring in a drop cloth to protect our rug. He was detail oriented, replacing a missing screen for us for safety. Joseph communicated with me before the day of my service to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns before hand. On the day of the service, he sent a text saying he was on his way. Once to my house, he immediately place a drop cloth down to ensure the house remained clean. Joseph gave me a fair inspection report and could have easily said that the chimney needed cleaning but he was honest. Its not often you find someone honestly trying to save you money. I chose to have the chimney cleaned and his prices were very reasonable. Joseph was extremely clean and did a great job! I had a feeling when Joseph came over for a cleaning he wasn't going to do it. The proper cleaning would of required pulling the wood burning stove out which has been done in the past. Joseph told me he did not do that because it involved a lot of work and he didn't have the manpower. I can't understand how someone would have a chimney service and not give complete service. So I ended up getting a level I inspection which was done in about 15 mins and was charged $90 with supposedly a $60 discount. I was shocked. Joseph never even bothered taking off the back plate which consisted of two screws. I had a stove company come over and give me a bid for a new stove and the technician did a more thorough inspection than Cypress Sweeps did. Needless to say I won't be using this service for maintaining my new wood burning stove. read more

He was very clear on what he was doing and very patient since my mother is older and would repeat the same question, he made sure she understood everything before he even began the job.
