Excellent customer service is so rare these days, and Vlad truly went above and beyond for us--not once, but twice! When our refrigerator suddenly went out, Vlad came out the same day, even though it was late, to help us. Unfortunately, the part we needed was on back order, and we were completely defeated, thinking we were going to have to buy a whole new refrigerator.
