Got the car back literally sparkling inside and out and they made tremendous improvement with the paint - and they were even able to re-clip the front bumper skirt that had gotten snagged and pulled out of place years ago! Steven kindly offered to try an additional product on some of the spots of missing paint which I'll be taking the car back for. Pricing was great and they were FAST; car was in at 7am and done by 2pm (the last time I took my car in for interior detailing at a chain company, they took nearly 3 days!) If you expect a thorough cleaning and shampooing, look elsewhere. My cars were returned with noticeable mess and stains left behind. My McDonald fries is still in the gap between seat and console. Car hood still has some tree sap. The only positive was their ability to remove scratches. They are clearly skilled at that but the rest of the job was below average .
