On this 4Runner, we came to a deal in a total of 6 minutes. Now I'm sure you may not believe me. But it's true. It was an all time record for me in coming to an agreement. I asked Mo for his best price. And he gave me his best price. Nothing hidden. I needed a little more to get the number I needed and we were close. He literally checked with his GM while I was sitting there and I could hear the whole conversation. Again, nothing hidden. Now here's the best part, the exact color/model 4Runner I wanted was not on the lot. And I knew that it would be a hard find. I told him to take his time finding it, I was not in a rush. He called me by noon the next day and found the truck without the options that I did not need yet also found a truck with even better options then what I thought I could afford. Because he cared so much to find a truck without the options I did not need, I was able to afford the rare option I really wanted. I have always and will continue to recommend Mo to friends and family of mind who are looking for a new or used car. Now onto the acquisition because those people rarely get credit. Jeffery Friel handled my acquisition. I had found a lower finance rate than the normal big banks people usually use and forwarded to Mo prior to showing up. Mo checked with acquisition and said they have worked with this group before and would be happy to help me apply through that bank. Upon sitting down with Jeffery, he told me I could get the low rate I had asked for, but he looked into it and found another financial institution that had an even lower rate that I flat out missed. My latest car maintenance at Sloane Toyota was very disappointing…read more I brought my leased 2-year-old Rav 4 car for a 30,000-mile checkup and spent over $500. much of which was repeated filter replacements, oil change and tire rotation that was done, 3 months prior for the yearly inspection. I could not understand, when paying for the service why the bill was sooo high. On review, realizing the inspection was repeated and AC refresher kit was added on. I discussed the billing and services with Dennis, the service manager and he told me after reviewing, he did not see any problem. Please confirm any prices of service BEFORE having them do the work. They LOVE TO ADD ON services that are not needed.

Our car had a warning light come up on our way to the shore. My husband received an email stating…read morethat there were a few issue with the car. 1st a malfunction indicator light, and an electronic throttle control issue, which was our major concern. The car would not accelerate and we had to pull over numerous times and restart the car to drive it. We were advised to bring our car to the Jeff D'Ambrosio dealership in Frazer, which we did. Rocco call us and informed us that unless we do an oil change he would not service our car. The car had an oil change 6,000 miles ago which should last for 10,000 miles. My husband told Rocco this and Rocco became belligerent and rude and hung up on my husband. We picked the car up the next day and Rocco threw the keys on the counter. My husband asked where the car was parked and he was told to use the panic button to find it.
