When I complained to the manager he was rude and yelled at me saying it was broken before I came in. No it was not. I always took very good care of my car. Another time, they took my new back seat mats out to vacuum and never put them back in. Sloppy to say the least. When I called and complained, the manager denied it, saying I was lying. Can you believe that? I argued why would I lie over two inexpensive floor mats in the back? After a very long heated argument, he finally agreed to give me new ones. When I got there, for some reason, my mats magically appeared. It was a very bad argumentative experience that I did not appreciate after being a loyal customer for years. Never went back. Customer service is BAD so customer BE AWARE!

For a drive through car wash, they do an excellent job. I especially love that the drying portion has air dryers AND a big rolling cloth dryer, so my car actually gets reasonably dry. As with most self-serve car washes, they have free vacuums to use afterwards. I always see the staff keeping the area clean and readily available to help out. If I lived closer I would totally get the monthly membership but for now I'll keep paying as I go. Highly recommend!
