Extremely unprofessional and shady. Car got towed minutes before we returned to it, with no warning or notice. We know for a fact it was an illegal tow because the car had only been parked for an extremely short amount of time while we unloaded groceries. When we called to figure out what happened, minutes later I might add, the car was still on the hook, we were told an immediate pickup would be $481, even though the car hadn't even made it down the street from where it was parked, because it was "after hours". This, to me, is very predatory and bad business had ONE notice been given or he waited 5 minutes, the car would have been moved. If I could leave a zero I would. read more

This guy towed someone's car I know without giving them a notice at all. This person just moved into their apartment complex the same day and were parked outside for a few mins grabbing some stuff and the car was gone. I just moved and was unloading my truck when this guy said we weren't at my vehicle for a while, which was a lie. We were there and carried a heavy box upstairs, washed our hands went back down and bam. He said he did the rounds saw it vacant and came back, and it was still vacant. That is impossible. We were unloading 1 person at a time and neither of us witness him drive by. He does not follow protocol. And he didn't he never drove by, we unloaded and he hooked up my truck, charged me $150 on the spot, asked for cash, because I didn't have cash, I had to Zelle it. It is bullshit, can't even unload this guy and the lady are extremely unprofessional and liars. A huge scam! I would never recommend or use this company for any services ever! Crooked people taking advantage of people who just move in and are unloading the truck. Oh and if I didn't stop him right there it was going to be $481, and that was for an immediate pick up. Tow truck guy is extremely unprofessional and gets defensive when he gets questioned as to why your car is getting a tow.

I cant believe how this company can still in business. The owner and his wife were very rude, unprofessional and sarcastic. I questioned about why they were charging me after hours fee if I was picking up my car at 3pm?? they offensive and very rude. They laugh at me because they told me you can pay $380 for keeping my car 4 hours in their yard or come back Monday and we will charge you more. He even charged me $60 additional more for special equipment, i asked him what type of special equipment can use to tow a sedan, it is just Nissan Leaf (small car), he said I used a dolly??? I paid their fee and then I complained because my car had some scratches and I asked them how could that happened if I saw my car this morning and did not have those scratches, the owner of this tow company laughed at me. I just want to say thank you to David. Even though I still haven't been able to recover my car from your tow yard because of this illegal tow done by the security guard at ridgeview apartments. You have been very helpful patient and understanding to our situation. I appreciate you taking all of our phone calls especially yesterday as it got a lil crazy and confusimg with all the lies said to us by the security company. I have lost my job because of this. My friends car got towed from my apt complex on Christmas Day, but they were incredibly nice and left their family gathering to release our car. Gave us some advice on where to park moving forward. It always sucks to get your car towed, but it hurts a little less when they give you great service ! read more

This business is completely unethical. My car was towed from the apartments I live in. When confronting the owner about the tow he agreed that if apartment management allowed he would give me a refund considering I just moved into the apartments 2 days ago and wasn't able to receive a parking permit. Once I spoke with management and contacted them (D&J towing) the owner refused to honor the offer that he made me considering that he felt the tow was unfair. Scam artists looking to make quick money. Driver was very unprofessional. Took advantage of his towing contract and tried to hook up right away before the car could be moved even though owner was present. Tried to tow a fwd vehicle from the back . This tow company is a joke and out to get any car to make money. Dropping off medicine to a sick child not there more then a few minutes and the driver is demanding we pay them money or we don't get our car. The truck is not marked with a company license number or name and the driver was rude and aggressive. Will NEVER use this company for any towing needs. read more
