Well within the Fork's Riviera, off 101 stands a small corral of brightly colored buildings with plenty of parking. What it may look like from the road, completely appropriate for the area is made up with the quality and quantity of food. Had a brisket sandwich with coleslaw. Very good and not salty. BBQ sauce is tomatoey, sweet, and a compliment to the brisket. Recommended stop, but not for the ambiance.

I am very disappointed. For Texas BBQ, brisket should be the best but it is dry and hard. They might pick the bad part of the meat. There is no fat at all. The probably over cooked it as well. The sauce is good. It is quite different from the traditional BBQ sauce. It is not too sweet. Very disappointed

This is not really BBQ. Meat was gray and fatty, and the sauce was super sweet. The food was cold. All the sides had a high vinegar flavor. There are few places to eat in Forks, but this was not edible. read more

Was hoping for some good BBQ considering the 5 star reviews. This is likely the worst BBQ I've ever had. The brisket looked like an octopus. The pulled pork felt more like a mystery sloppy joe, and the chicken was bloody and undercooked. Unfortunately there are not many positive options in this town anyways, but I would suggest the taco truck or the burger drive-thru if you find that you absolutely have to eat in this town. read more

Surprisingly delicious! This is the best BBQ you're going to find in a hundred mile radius. We ordered the brisket plate and brisket sandwich with sides of corn, potato salad and beans and all items were tasty. The brisket was tender and the cream of corn was crunchy - it tasted like it was straight from a cob. The BBQ sauce was on the sweeter side with a jammy flavor. Potato salad was cold and had cheese and chives. We went at 3:30pm on a Sunday and they only had sliced brisket, pulled brisket sandwiches and sausage left. The portions were very generous! This was far and away the worst BBQ I've even in my life, no exaggeration. We tried just about everything (brisket, pulled pork, sausage, chicken), and it was all awful. I'm flabbergasted at all of the 5-star reviews on this, they've gotta just be friends/family or something. Unfortunately, there's not really anything good in Forks to eat, period... so if you're willing to roll the dice on feeling queasy after chomping on rubbery, gristly meat, then have at it. read more

4 1/2 stars? That got us there. Pulled pork sandwiches were terrible. Tough pork soaked in some liquid which completely soaked bun. We couldn't pick up as everything fell apart. It was by far worst bbq I've had. So disappointed. Hope it was an off day! read more

Definitely the best place in Forks. City is very small and located far away from big agglomerations. So its always hard to find a right place to it. But DK is must to visit during the trip around Olympic peninsula. Do not hesitate, if you hungry go there. read more

This was the best food we had on our trip to Olympic National Park! The ribs were fall off the bone tender and the side dishes were all flavorful and delicious. The owner and other employees were friendly and quick. I also appreciated that the business, even though it is a good truck, does have a covered outdoor seating area right outside so that you can eat your food on the spot. Would definitely come back again! read more

Was in the mood for bbq and found this little place. Ordered the brisket and the ribs, sides were beans and potato salad. It was overall a good meal with great prices. The beef was good and tender and the ribs had a good rub and fell off the bone. The potato salad was different that it wasn't so much like a mayo based item but it was like a twice baked potato. The beans were not the best, have had better but do not let that stop you when in the area for some BBQ. Lots of parking. read more

We were on our way to Ruby Beach and did he yelp search. We got the sausage links potato salad and coleslaw. It was a huge amount of food and said to people with leftovers. Everything was delightful. Really good brisket and sides. Definitely worth the stop. We stopped bbt about 2 PM for a late lunch. We both like brisket so we got it. Well done! Still juicy and moist and with a beautiful smoke ring and tender! The potatooe salad and coleslaw were delicious too. Two thumbs up from us. We pulled up right as they were closing down for the night and got the last plate of Brisket! The gentleman working there could not have been nicer. Plus it was super delicious! The creamed corn was really yummy and the slaw was nice and crunchy with a tang to it rather than creamy slaw. I would definitely stop again! read more

So happy to have found this place in the small town. Amongst all the pizza shops was this delicious BBQ food cart/truck? Tasted like real BBQ, and the portions are huge!!!! Passing through Forks, WA and looking for lunch. Saw the BBQ signs and decided to give it a try. Ordered the brisket with beans and slaw with a side order of potato salad. Good: the beans could have been a little more flavorful, consistency was more thick like peanut butter than juicy in the pics. Better: the brisket was smokey, tender and tasty. My only gripe was more that a few pieces were gristly, but other than that. The slaw was very cold and fresh. They went a little more tangy than the usual creamy, and that paired quite nicely with the brisket. Best: potato salad was off the hook! Good mix of potatoes and crunchiness with just a hint of bacon. A meal in itself. Highly recommended place to eat. read more

We specialize in Texas Style BBQ. All our meats are slow smoked with hard woods to give you that distinct Texas flavor. Beef brisket, pork ribs, chicken, and sausage are our staple meats. She gave us samples of pretty much everything she had to offer. I'll try to add some photos on this review, because I'm also adding this as a business to Yelp along with posting the review. You really can't get much fresher Salmon than this. Seafoam is the First Nation's community's fishing enterprise, Pacheedaht Fishing Corporation Inc. We picked one of the whole Smoked Pink Filet and a package of the Chinook Candy. The "candy" is big fresh chunks of Chinook Salmon that has been smoked and sweetened just a tad with brown sugar. It isn't too sweet, either... just the right amount. We drove from Port Renfrew two hours over to Nanaimo for the ferry, and literally opened up the Chinook Candy and ate it right out of the bag as we drove to the ferry terminal. It was one of the best things we had on our entire BC trip, too. We knocked out the Smoked Pink Filet later, and it was equally amazing. I believe the truck stops coming at the end of summer for several months in Port Renfrew, so you can look up Seafoam Seafoods online to locate other retail outlets during off-season. If you are in "Renny" during the summer season, be sure to drop in on this spot to buy fresh seafood right from the First Nations people. Get there early, because they do sell out of the most popular items first.

Stayed at a local hotel that recommended this location for a great meal. Got a sampler of ribs, chicken, brisket, cole slaw, beans and potato salad. Great serving size, ribs were fall apart tender with just the right amount of smoke. Chicken was perfectly moist and sides were delicious, homestyle and fresh. Wish I could find something comparable in my area. I look forward to returning and this will be my first stop. read more

The world's best BBQ done small town style. Generous portions, and that brisket melts in your mouth! The ribs are lip smacking good and that potato salad is heaven in your mouth.
