We ate on the road so I didn't get pictures but literally the best birria of my life. We tried the birria quesadilla and quesabirria tacos. Legit would be the first place I come on my next visit

Super good food from this food truck inside an enclosure on your way into Forks. Clean tables & covered dining area. Will visit again. Good prices, great food, nice people.

Birria Tacos

I had Birria Tacos. They were amazing!! Excellent customer service. It was a little cold (we're from Houston) and the gentleman closed the space and put on the fire pit. 10/10 for this place!

As a foodie from LA, I will usually not give it a 4 stars as it's pretty much considered average Mexican food in LA. However I need to give shoutout to this location and owners who provide legitimate web burrito and tacos for the folks passing by Forks, WA. I actually like the setting a lot as it's semi open and feel like a bit glamping next to a park off the main US 101 freeway lol. I would recommend the wet beef burrito over the asada tacos. Tacos feel a bit dry.

Menu

Awesome food! Very nice people! We ordered take out but there's little place to sit out and eat. The Enchiladas I ordered were very tasty :)

Really good tacos and tamales from this not-truck food truck. Very tasty Al Pastor tacos for me, one beef one chicken for my husband, one tortilla taco with plenty of filling. Some of the best tamales I had in the past years since I moved from California. We liked their food so much, we went for more today after our 7 miles hike at Hoh Rain Forest. We were hungry, tired, and Super Disappointed that they were not open What's up with that??? Is prime National Parks season and this is the only town around Hoh.

Good and casual Mexican food at Forks! They have classic dishes such as quesadilla, wet burrito, tacos, and tamales. Their watermelon drink was very good as well!

Fyabes was delicious. One of the only options in Forks for vegans and the taste did not disappoint.

Ambiance: The is a food trailer just across the street from Sully's burgers. Google Maps says it is…read moreopen at 12 but they were open at 11 the Monday we went. It does have a nice shed-like attachment with three picnic tables to stay out of the sun and wind. Staff were friendly. Food: I got the four meat combo and it's a hefty amount of food for just under $30. You honestly could split it with someone as it'll likely put you in a neat coma if you eat it all by yourself. Ribs: These are 3 huge St Louis cut and not your smaller baby back ribs. Lightly glazed and pull apart tender, these were definitely the best of the 4 meats. Chicken: Mine was dark meat with a drum and thigh, it was neither dry nor moist but somewhere in between. The neutral flavor of chicken lets the smoke flavor shine through really well and was a surprising hit. Sausage: A freshly-cut full link. Nice firm texture, medium smoke, and almost with a little snap to the casing which is enjoyable. Brisket: Of all the meats, this has the strongest smoke flavor with a nice charred bark on the outside and no fattiness at all in my cut. It easily pulls apart by hand. BBQ sauce: Texans are not known for their sauces and this is not exception. It texturally looks like a coarse pizza sauce and is sugary sweet. Personally not a fan. Potato salad: Not too much mayo, it basically tastes like a baked potato which helps clean your palate between meats. Beans: Very simple beans, not sweet at all and basically tastes like refried beans which I liked but some may find boring. Overall this place is solid, it's not the best BBQ I've had but it's a good option for being in a tiny rustic town. You get a large amount of food that justifies the price and the meats genuinely stand on their own without sauce. The seasonings are on the simpler side which is classic for Texas style BBQ. I think as long as you're not expecting KC style bbq with heavy rubs and tomato based sauces, you'll find someonething to like.

Quick service and generous portion sizing per entree. Mac and cheese was the daily specialread more
