TJ was super professional and courteous and helped me on this huge investment for my home! Slovak was my installer and he was top notch attention to detail very professional and courteous and did a fantastic job installing the floor. The floor is super tight as in no squeaking when I walk on it as it's a floating floor. They helped me to avoid repainting my walls by suggesting using 1/4 inch plywood to help raise floors so when he reinstalled baseboards they were high enough to avoid full paint. I just had to do some touch-up in a couple areas. Super happy with the job they did! Also Slovak the installer did a great job on cleanup after each day of all the sawdust in my garage and driveway from cutting the floor pieces! Prestige Flooring came through for us in a big way. We were moving into a house and we wanted to…read morehave the old carpet replaced upstairs before we moved all our stuff in. A week before we needed to move they said they would be able to start right away. Other flooring services said they needed 1-2 weeks before they could start. We were getting about 1250sqft of LVP installed in 4 bed rooms and a laundry room. After signing the invoice, Vlad's team demoed and prepped all the subfloor two days later. The day after demoing, they said they got the material they needed and went hard at work getting flooring installed. We communicated in advance that there were squeaks in the floor, we marked some of those squeaky locations for them, during the demo and prep they found more squeaking that they fixed for us. Their communication and pricing was amazing. Vlad kept in contact with us every other day via calls and texts. Any questions I had were quickly addressed by him and his team. Some other great details that stood out to me: One of their guys helped me move a heavy package upstairs without me even asking them. They saw I was about to move it and offered on their behalf During prepping they needed to take off all the doors and rehang them. They were able to rehang them better than when we moved in They did a good job at helping clean up a lot of the dust from the carpet and demo. They couldn't get all the dust as some of it required a mop The installers they have work fast and are quite experienced They labeled and organized all the baseboards/trim they took off and neatly put it in the garage. We chose to reuse it and they put it all back well. We just need to repaint it. You could choose to have them replace them and repaint them if you want. We are looking to have our downstairs floor done by them in the future. I was also pleased to learn that the Prestige also does painting at a very competitive price. We'll be looking to have them paint in the future as well. Tips for customers - Make sure you look at floor samples that include the seams, some samples may only show you a full piece so you may not see what the pattern looks like. Some lighter LVP wood samples may have sharp seam contrasts Mark all the areas on your floor where there are squeaks. After your floor is demoed, walk around on it and find more squeaks and mark them with an X using a marker so they are fixed up Get everything you want done in writing and signed off on Make sure the flooring service you go with includes a clause about an installation warranty in your contract. From customer service to install, Silverado is absolutely a 5-star business. It's not the cheapest…read morebut the best isn't cheap and after seeing the final product it was 100% worth it. Many companies claim to have good customer service and quality work but Silverado delivers on those promises. We have a "vintage" 1948 bathroom that presented some challenges. While other contractors refused to even consider it and recommended a complete gutting Silverado worked with us to integrate the new shower in our retro bathroom. Their installers work for them and are not independent contractors. Abel was amazing. They take care to create as little disturbance or mess as possible and pay attention to all the details. There was a plumbing issue (old house problems) and Abel spent the time to solve it correctly. We worked with both Larry and Glen setting for bids and material and both were wonderful. Larry even stopped by to check on the progress of the project. As for the product itself, all of the materials are top quality. You can find cheaper alternatives (BathFitters, premade surrounds) but the quality of both the materials and install can't match Silverado. If you are considering it I'd highly recommend a visit to their showroom. The end product is beautiful and the best part--no grout cleaning ever again!!
