Between my family, my son's family, and my daughter's family, we have purchased oysters here more than 40 times over the years. We usually buy oysters while we are staying in Ocean Shores and often pick up another order on our way home. Out of all those purchases, only one order was less than satisfactory. The oysters from that purchase were a little smelly and contained more sand than usual. During our most recent visit, I mentioned that experience to the staff. At the time, they were out of the larger oysters I normally buy. Instead of simply telling me they were unavailable, one of the staff members arranged for someone to harvest medium-sized oysters directly from the farm. The oysters were freshly harvested and packed right away. I was impressed by the extra effort they made to ensure we received a quality product. That experience showed me how much they value their customers and stand behind what they sell. Aside from that one disappointing purchase, the oysters have consistently been fresh, delicious, and high quality. Based on our family's experience over many years and more than 40 purchases, I would gladly recommend this business to anyone looking for fresh oysters and excellent customer service.

I did a razor clam dig and it was one of the worst digs I have done, stopped by here and bought 2 lbs of Quinalt Razor Clams, 2 cans of chopped Razor Clams and 2 fresh Dungeness Crab (making head butter with rice) to go with the fresh sourdough bread I bought. It's not uncommon to pay almost $10 for a bag of chips. Just a warning. The service is a hit or miss depending on the time of day and season. The staff can get tired of tourists and not be as friendly. The selection is limited due to the remote location of Ocean Shores. This means if you are looking for special ethnic foods and vegetables, you maybe out of luck. Bring these items from home. I am SE Asian and the selection was lacking as far as fresh herbs and greens go. I was missing many sauces over the years for stir fry like sesame seed oil, hunan, and chili oil. I drove to Olympia for Jasmine rice purchased 100lbs at a time. The deli is pricey but there is only one McDonalds in town and no other fast food options. Most the restauarants are $20 or more per entree. Hence the deli fried chicken and warn foods will look less expensive. The JoJos friend chicken is popular along with the potatoes wedges.

She commented that I didn't leave a tip, which I found to be extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. Tips are optional, and customers should never be made to feel uncomfortable or called out for not leaving one. The owners raise ORGANIC cranberries and carry a verity of products; Lady of the Bog's sauce, compotes, chutneys, jams & jellies, dry firewood, fire starters, fresh eggs, organic blueberries in season, organic cranberries and pumpkins in the fall! The farm was so festive decorated with pumpkins and flowers. Plenty Farm is a great place to visit the next time you are in the Grayland area any time of the year!
