I had D&S clean the windows inside and out and down spouts. It had been a long time since the last cleaning and we were in need. I actually used to wash windows myself in my college days and ran a few crews for a few years. These guys were awesome. They cleaned the windows, screens and tracks beautifully, replaced the screens with holes on site and even did a bunch of scrubbing on the garage door (at no extra charge - just cause it looked like it needed it). But, what I appreciated the most was the professionalism... they were cool and quiet around the house, respected the carpets by wearing booties, carefully moved and replaced furniture that was in the way and were pleasant when saying hello and goodbye. It's been a few months already and I still keep looking through the clean windows and thank D&S for the good work. I was told that next year they'll check the gutters and spouts but probably won't need to do them so that I should save the few extra dollars. Five stars boys. read more

Dave gave me a bid after viewing our house on Google, and scheduled me within a week. As I write this they are here now, cleaning gutters, interior and exterior window cleaning + plus screens and tracks, and power washing the house. His crew is professional and courteous. Can't wait to see how lovely the house looks when they're done. We have a 1300 sq ft house with lots of windows, and a detached small office in the back yard. Dave's quote included five guys at our house for three hours. It was I expected to pay, perhaps a little lower given how much all prices have escalated in this post-covid world. The crew was great about moving obstacles to cleaning out of the way, both interior and exterior. Truthfully, we didn't have much to move. All I had to do was put decorative pillows back in order. This was a great company to work with. Dave and his sons were terribly professional, polite, and friendly. Dave gave me a very, very reasonable quote over the phone and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They were punctual and immediately put on shoe booties before entering the house. I thought this was very respectful because they took the booties on and off each time they came into the house. This was done out of their own volition because I never asked them to do this. They showed me why I could not slide open my windows to completely open. Apparently, there is a bar that slides into the track that prevents the window from sliding open - it is used as a safety measure.
