Out of order on 2 out of 3 batting cage. What a bummer.
    Veasna K.

Never really had any major problem here. Only incident was 2 weeks ago when 2 of the 3 pitching machine was out of order. I can't comment on the training, but staff are usually polite. Place is small and when it's crowed, expect the batting cages to be occupied. If you're going to make a long drive here, I suggest calling in first.

The attendant was great in explaining what D-Bat offered me, she was very accommodating during our time on Sunday June 23,2024.

They don't offer a military discount or multiple kid discount, but you can often find great deals on Groupon. Everyone is required to wear socks, which they sale for $3.75. Hot food isn't allowed inside, but you can bring in chips and other packaged snacks. The facility was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. There were plenty of snacks and drinks available for purchase, lots of seating for parents, and I especially liked the party rooms and arcade area. One thing that really stood out was the toddler section. It had seating for parents and a nearby bathroom, which made it much more convenient for families with little ones. We arrived around 1:00 p.m. and stayed until 3:00 p.m., and the kids were still having a blast when it was time to leave! It's a great place to let kids burn off energy in a safe, clean environment.

Their prices for admission is comparable to other play gyms for kids, but they do offer packages if you intend to go more than once. The staff were really nice and welcoming as well. They had two separate play areas - one for littles and one for bigger kids - which both included chairs for parents to sit and watch. We like that they had a hand washing station in the play area and promoted cleanliness for all attendees. We would definitely take our daughter back if we are in the area.

My child is always excited to come to daycare, which says a lot about the environment. The facility is clean, safe, and well-organized. Communication with parents is excellent--they keep us updated throughout the day. The teachers make an effort to get to know each child individually. We love Ms. Molly, Ms. Juliet, Ms. Karma, and Ms. Trina! The daily routines are structured but still flexible enough for creativity. They provide a nurturing atmosphere where kids feel comfortable and confident. I appreciate how patient and attentive the caregivers are to not only the children but the parents as well. Every morning he's looking forward to school and spending the day with friends and teachers. Even my older son, who's seven years old, finds it enjoyable to pick up his little brother. The teachers and staff are caring. The directors are friendly, open-minded, responsive, and willing to assist in anyway they can. Now, our son is in Pre-K classroom. His teacher, Ms. Alicia, is awesome! She's both kind and firm at the same time--she's firm in terms of classroom rules; however, she's gentle with the kids. When certain circumstances come up, she's able to stay calm. Instead of criticizing the wrong-doings, she teaches the kids what they should do in a positive discipline way. As a mom of two sons, I learned a lot of parenting skills from Ms. Alicia. My son loves her! The school is clean and organized; with nice decorations along different holiday themes. The school provides nutritious breakfast, lunch and healthy snacks with variety. The tuition rate is reasonable, especially including all food and art/school supplies. On top of the regular curriculum, the school also offers extracurricular activities, which is a convenience for busy parents. We highly recommend Xplor Carrollton! It's not only a fun place to play and make friends, but also a place to get kids well ready to transfer to Kindergarten.

When opportunities are repeatedly given only to students personally favored by Kameron Knotts, it sends a damaging message to the rest of the cast: your effort, loyalty, and dedication do not matter. Watching long‑time students be ignored while new students receive every role simply because they are liked is heartbreaking. It creates an exclusionary environment where many kids feel invisible, discouraged, and undervalued. A youth theater program should uplift all students, not just a select few. Families deserve a fair, respectful, and supportive environment where every child has a genuine chance to grow. NTPA needs to address this issue if it wants to maintain the trust of the community.

My daughter suffered emotional abuse from her teachers, coming home frequently scared to go to school because her teachers yell, hold her wrists in a forceful manner when she makes mistakes. Because they are not certified or given adequate training (only every three months according to director with non accredited trainers) "teachers" are not skilled or knowledgeable in teaching practices that are developmentally appropriate and in alignment with Texas standards. They are unaware on how to utilize redirection, positive reinforcement and engagement tools and resources that support the whole child. As a certified experienced educator and multilingual program director myself I am distraught I let my child go to this daycare for over a year and advise other to stay away from an institution that does not have the abilities to teach young children. There are other multicultural and multilingual accredited schools in the area if looking for that type of care. Lastly, The entire Spanish schoolhouse board of directors does not have a single verified educator at the table speaking for quality education and what that actually means- their CEO is a graphic designer and many on the board are business and operations minded sources of knowledge.
