I have not had good experiences at this D-BAT location. Multiple times I've come here, the machines were either malfunctioning or completely out of service. When asking employees for help, sometimes they assist, but other times they just tell you to wait for another machine without offering any real solution. The machines constantly having issues is clearly something management should take more seriously, and the staff should have a better attitude when customers bring it up. Today was even worse. I showed up to get some batting work in, only to find the entire building closed. An electrician on site mentioned it was due to electrical issues, which honestly makes sense considering how often the machines don't work properly. The frustrating part is there was no notification anywhere saying the facility was closed. Google Maps showed the place as completely open. I've been to other D-BAT locations, and this one is by far the worst experience I've had. Even the bats are in poor condition. read more

Honestly have no complaints on this location. I am a college athlete who comes here weekly for cage work and there's always great hospitality within the staff, Cages are clean, and machine work is accurate. This location thoroughly gets me ready for games.. Quick mention of Alex! He was awesome, he helped me with a problem i had with a cage and was quick to help with no problems at all. read more

Alright, let me tell you, today was hands down the worst experience I've ever had at D-Bat. I'm still pretty annoyed about it. I walked up to the front desk, ready to hit some balls, and what do I see? Five kids just glued to their phones. I stood there, waiting for someone to even acknowledge me, hoping for a simple "hey there!" or "how can I help?" Instead, after what felt like forever, one of them finally looks up and just goes, "whatcha need?" Seriously? So, I asked for two credits for the slowpitch machine. I swiped one credit, and the machine just... died. Lights on, but no balls coming out. I peeked in the little window and saw four balls just sitting there, not moving. Back I go to the front desk, telling them the machine isn't working. No "oops, sorry about that!" No "let me take a look." The guy just grabs some keys, still on his phone, slowly walks over to the machine, gives it one turn with the key, and casually says, "it should be good now." The whole thing was a total letdown. No apologies, no real help, just a bunch of people who clearly didn't care. Not the D-Bat experience I'm used to at all. If could give 0 stars, I certainly would. read more

Funny, but sad that someone had the same experience 30 minutes before we arrived (they posted on Google Reviews), and the same thing happened to us. First time here (counter person was said he is one of the managers even asked if this was my first time here), place was dead, and I now see why. Bought a card for 15 rounds. Two people at the counter had zero personality and acted like they were counting down the minutes until they could leave. Go back and of the 3 cages, one of out of service, one says it is unable to be used, and the 3rd is being used by 6 people already. Went back to the counter and ask why didn't you tell us that 2 of 3 cages are out of service. He said one is out of service, the other is only for rental. I asked we'll let us use that one since no one is using it, and he just stared into space and never responded. Asked for a refund and he said they will not refund credit token purchases. Convenient location but absolutely filthy. Baseball facilities are not supposed to be posh, but it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Seeds, candy wrappers, and other pieces of garbage everywhere. D-bats has facilities in many locations so I assume they make enough to hire a cleaning service every now and then, or at least own a shop vac. My son may need to practice there more frequently and the thought of it makes me cringe. Would recommended to leadership to be more on top of things. read more

Great facility. Love to come here to get my cuts in. I use softballs in the cage and the machines work great - no jams or malfunctions. Prices are cheap. No tokens they use a prepaid card. Balls are top quality real softballs. No mushy rubber balls. I like to come before noon because this place does get a little crowded after school gets out. Keep up the good work guys. Fall '23 Camp Review for 7y/o: My kid did not have a positive experience. The baseball curriculum was limited and this was more of a play day than learning anything that could transfer to the field. Dirty , smells like an old gym . With the prices they charge you would think they could get a regular janitor , and some candles or good smelly things . I don't care about the smell and or dirty restrooms for me personally most men we don't care really . But when my wife and daughter say they'll hold it till after we are done that's a problem with me . read more

Never really had any major problem here. Only incident was 2 weeks ago when 2 of the 3 pitching machine was out of order. I can't comment on the training, but staff are usually polite. Place is small and when it's crowed, expect the batting cages to be occupied. If you're going to make a long drive here, I suggest calling in first. read more

This place is good when customers follow the rules. But when you have customers and shift managers that do what ever they want then the experience in this place get worst. Is unbelievable that having 3 batting cages, 2 works and other one didn't work. Over the top of that you have customers taking 1hr of batting and others inviting friends and friends coming over the other people that are waiting for their turn. Told the partner a big lie that I came into facility basically raising cane! NOT THE CASE! This facility is pretty small but it does have an outdoor training area. My 9 year old takes private lessons here and I have been very happy and satisfied with the quality of the instructors. Coach Parker has done a great job with my son. The price is reasonable and they offer various types of lessons. The machines are okay but it does get crowded and I have seen entire teams doing their batting practice on the machines. If you get here early you will avoid the crowds read more

The staff and coaches are always welcoming! My son's Coach Ryan Parker is very motivational and has taken my son to the next level with his baseball technique and fundamentals. We feel very grateful to Dbat and Coach Ryan for my son's recent acceptance to play baseball at the highest levels. Also, recently they have upgraded their Rawlings Pro-shop! Have been paying my monthly payment for several years now. But the last year, when I take my grandson, there is only 1 of 3 batting cages working and the wait is horrible for the open one. With the amount of money they take in, you'd think they could keep their batting cages working. Don't think the service is worth my monthly expense and will be canceling. read more

I'm torn. My first experiences here were great. Instructors teaching my son the mechanics of baseball. Friendly and professional. Reliable. But today, my 10 year old was stood up my the coach. This despite at least 4 confirmation emails from D-BAT to me. Supposedly the coach was out of town, but I don't buy that. If I got 4 emails, how many did he get? This appointment was set up 2 weeks in advance. Where are the quality controls? Where are the apologies for poor service and execution? PATHETIC. Ah... where to begin. How about the end? Still no email, nor call back from the "owner". Berated, insulted, essentially called a liar (twice) over a mere $20 batting cage card. Fkn twilight, trailer trash zone. Yelled at for not doing something I had no idea I was supposed to, or if so how to do so. Some low life, poor attitude, cocky as all hell, narcisitic, minimum wage flunky named DAVID... gave me the hardest time (as a customer) from any business i've ever patronized. Always love it when someone continuously lashes out and keeps saying "im not trying to argue with you", and essentially argues with you about whether he's arguing with you. Don't hesitate if your youngster wants to better their game. Worth the price in my (grandmother) book for the healthy attention given to that goal. Overpriced , not enough machines, pick up your own balls after. I'd rather go to Adventure Landing and pay $2 for 30 pitches and not pick up my balls after than go here and pay $2 for 15 pitches and you have to pick up your balls and put them back into the machine . There is only 3 machines available so you're always taking turns with people. read more

The Good-instructors good at relating to the student and teaching fundamentals The Bad-batting cages need repair or replacement as at least one unit is not operating about a third of the time which causes overloading of other machines. Not always the same machine so believe most all of their units are living on borrowed time. The Ugly-frequent mischarges to credit card account which takes an inordinate amount of time to correct as their person(Kyle) in charge of accouting refuses to return calls or answer emails. Have visited, called twice, and send email within last week with no response. Customer service limited to nonexistent. read more

I'm writing this review in the parking lot of DBat and will never return. I waited at the front desk for 10 minutes and no one was there. I even yelled out "helloooooo, anybody here". Great concept and store stock. But execution and staff: let's just say a team meeting should be had to get the act together. If the machines jam, you won't get much service. Don't consider taking a glove for stitching unless you want to wait a month and keep calling to find out if your glove either can't be located or is not done. Those will be the options during baseball season as the staff doesn't have any idea where the gloves are and the (one?) person who does repair doesn't communicate with anyone. Ask for a receipt for a claim check for your glove and if you don't get one, don't leave it with them. Take it to any shoe repair place for a quick turnaround and if you don't like the much less expensive, quick communication, and great turnaround, try these folks in the off season second. read more

My brother takes lessons here And he really enjoys it. The instructors are informative and helpful. The staff that run the building are very lazy and most of the time he sits and watches tv. The batting cages work very well with the new system they have. It gives you many options of where you would like the pitch. I would recommend Dbat for baseball lessons and practice. read more

Instructions and classes are great my child learned alot. However in signing up for a winter camp I was charged twice and trying to get a refund has been an ordeal. Manager is never there when you call, finally had him reply to an email saying he would take care of it, this was two weeks ago and still no credit. Friend of ours said they experienced the same thing and had to go in to correct. This is extremely dissappointing to have to stay on top of and will certainly consider this for future business. read more

My son just spent two weeks in camps here and loved it. Coaches Jessie, Mitch, and Ryan were very good with the kids as well as very knowledgable. We were slightly intimidated when first visiting because there are always elite players in the cages - college players, high school players, even MLB players. The coaches and staff do a great job with young players, however. They build confidence and keep the game fun which is the most important thing at this age. read more

We absolutely love this training facility! I have two boys ages 9 and 11, and the coaches have done a great job training them. The staff is extremely knowledgeable with baseball best practices and takes a vested interest in the kids who are there. The camps are a great way to mix things up when kids are out of school.
