Good service for basic mani/pedi. I emailed photos from the gallery on their website to them, for my wedding several weeks ago, and asked "Can you do this?" (It was a simple ombré) They said yes, so I made the appointment. When I showed up, they said "Oh no, we can't do that". I guess when you make an appointment you have to explicitly say I WANT A DESIGN, otherwise you get a solid color. No one had communicated to me that what I was asking for was only achievable using dip powder. They also tried to tell me they only had time to do a pedicure (I'd booked both services). I said "I'm getting married TOMORROW. What do you suggest I do?" Which prompted another customer to run over and grill me about my wedding details. if i could give this place 0 stars, i would. I came here a few months ago to get a simple , clean , white french tip. They gave me giant , lumpy, teeth looking nails. They were actually so bad I cannot believe they let me walk out & pay 80$ for those nails. Genuinely don't go here because of the risk of your nails looking like mine did it was such a disappointment. DONT GO!! ( they looked so much worse in person than in the pictures ) read more

So grateful to have new friends at D'Best. They really are the best and live up to their name consistently. The location is great and easy to park. Many gel color and dip options. I have had a full set here too and Cindy does a beautiful job! Recently been into dipping. I tried doing it at home and it's harder than you think lol my nails were all messed up. Definitely recommend seeing the professionals. Mindy is wonderful and great at everything! Plus she is super sweet and quick! I love their spa pedis. Must have hot stone massage and paraffin wax. My skin feels so nice and soft every time. The massage chairs are new and they change the lining on the foot bowls, which is also a must. Overall, love being able to come here and get pampered. Sebastopol has never had the best track record with nail salons until D'Best got here. I heard about this salon from friends and gave it a shot for the first time in April of 2023 and have been loyal ever since. Everyone who works there is friendly and dedicated to their craft. I tried a few artists before finding my favorite and all were so nice and spent a lot of time making sure my nails were shaped perfectly and lasted long.
