I've been here a few times since it's close to my house. I've always had a great experience. Everyone who works there is sooooo nice and great customer service !!!! I call yesterday mid day and asked for a 4pm appt for gel manicure and they were able to get me in! I picked a few colors and she let me test them on my nail first before committing and I really loved she did that, no one has ever offered that to me before!!! When I was done I decided to get a gel pedicure last minute and they were able to do it for me! Prices are cheaper than anywhere else in town that I know of. Really happy with my nails and the customer service was so awesome!!!! Thank you!

If I could give more stars than the max I would! Excellent energy in the salon. Wonderful massage chairs and best of all, excellent job on nails and toes. You will be very happy with this salon and the quality of their work.

I got my nails done somewhere else and were not happy with them so I decided to try diva nails as they have so many positive reviews. I'm so glad I made an appointment as the salon was pretty busy. I got a pedi and a full set. I'm very pleased with the outcome of both of the services. The ladies were very nice, accommodating, and took the time to listen and fixed the problem with my previous set (done at a different salon). Will definitely recommend friends and families to go here. A++++++ service

Was able to make a same day appointment for two pedicures. I showed up on time but my sister was late, so they got me started. I love the variety of options they have for pedicures, I felt my feet a little rough so I went the orange peel pedicure. They were able to accommodate; it took up more time since it involves really trying to get off dead skin with rasp foot file and sponge foot buffer followed by covering feet in hot wax. Feet still felt a little tougher than I was wanted, so I guess a little more time spent there would have been good. The massage was nice, massage chair worked fine. All I wanted was to feel pampered and feel pampered I did. My sister was not as satisfied with her massage as she felt it was rushed.

A friend of mine suggested I visit Gina at Diva Nails. However I did not expect to enjoy myself so much! She was encouraging with my design ideas and was patient and helpful narrowing down which direction to go in. I knew I wanted a Pride Month inspired mani and she hit it out of the park. I came in with Apres Gel X nails on (no where is the area does that style mani) and I knew removal and going back to my natural nail would be a process. She rescued my poor nails back to healt and added a bit of dip powder to my tips to help with the brittleness. OBSESSED with the finish product, both look at feel. Excited to rock this mani all month and dazzle myself in the sun. The Chrome/Holographic powder is everything! Gina, be prepared to see me often, excited for our friendship and all the manicures in the future!

First time visiting this place and would happily return. Very friendly and timely. They did a great job of taking off a set of nails without it hurting.

This place is always very clean and fast and friendly. My most recent visit was a gel manicure and it's still looking great after about a month! Just know that's it's cash only although somewhere nearby (I think Whole Foods) has an ATM.

This place does amazing gel major fan! I decided to switch it up and get a gel x set from them custom designs the whole thing cause they do great work. it's been 2 days 4 have all ready popped off like stick ons . get the diva gel they are crazy good and it lasts and they are so fast. Such a great vibe love this place! read more

I'm genuinely disappointed that I feel the need to leave a negative review because I've had many good experiences at Diva Nail Salon over the years. My family has been coming here for quite some time, and we truly like almost everyone who works there. Unfortunately, there is one of the sisters (I'm not sure of her name) whose customer service has consistently been very unpleasant. My mother, my daughter, and I have all had similar experiences with her. She often handles our hands and feet very roughly, abruptly moving them instead of asking us to reposition them. More importantly, she comes across as rude, unkind, and unfriendly throughout the appointment. I understand everyone can have an off day, but this has happened repeatedly, which is why I felt compelled to say something. No customer should leave feeling uncomfortable or poorly treated. My hope is that the salon sees this as constructive feedback rather than simply a complaint. We enjoy supporting this business and would love to continue coming here, but every customer deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. I sincerely hope this issue is addressed. read more

After reading reviews I thought I should give this place a try. I went in for a pedicure and it did not go well. First off their massage chairs are not the best. I was then told to move forward so she can have a better angle which was find but then my feet ware all curled up on the bowl of water, it was so uncomfortable. She proceeded to do the "clean up" she cut my toe nails and for going to fast she cut my big toe too much my skin is out and uncomfortable. Then did the pumice stone which scrubbed my feet for like one minute they still feel rough. The whole pedicure took about 25min. I think that says enough. read more

Absolutely horrible experience and horrible customer service, Helen quoted my partner 65$ for a pedicure and manicure and charged us 90$. She not only misquoted us but also cut my partner. Upon speaking to Helen concerning why she was over charging us she stated they charge 30$ service fee for removing nail polish and will offer a discount next time. I will NEVER bring my partner here or anyone in my family.ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE BE AWARE BEFORE ENTERING read more

My daughter went there this past Saturday after calling to make an appointment. She was extremely happy with the staff and the end result. She had a Gel polish and manicure and her hands and toes looked beautiful when she was done. My daughter said that the salon was very clean with good social distance protocols. Great Nail Salon! I've had a wonderful experience here each time I come. I don't do my nails often, but, when I do this salon is my first choice. Salon was very clean during my visit on 3/22/2021. I called when they opened and they were able to get my daughter and I an appointment for 12:15p. They are enforcing Covid Safety Precautions including wearing masks, social distancing, and good sanitation of space after each nail appointment. And all the nail techs do a wonderful job and are so friendly. Helen did my nails today and I loved them. read more

They get it right every time - plain and simple as that. I literally drive from Marin/Walnut Creek to Santa Rosa because I am picky and they are the best. Ann is not only meticulous in her work, but also makes sure that it's up to YOUR standards. They do a triple check when shaping the nail and then ask you your opinion on any details you may want to change before polishing. Let me emphasize the importance there - THEY ask YOU! No more awkwardly sitting there with a crooked nail and wondering whether to say something or not. The environment is lively and comfortable, and the techs invite you in to the conversation instead of shutting you out. I have been getting my set filled here for almost a year with no problems, but after going to a new salon only twice I already needed a new set. Went back to Ann immediately and realized that the drive is worth it. read more

The worst mani I've ever had..:( rushed through..bright light in your eyes..not gentle..old old old nail polish that cracked..and when I called I was told that regular nail polish last a couple hours.. Save your money and your time..Go somewhere else.. read more

Really good for pedicures. I went in late after work and they got me in. Worked really hard on detail and making sure I wasn't in any pain due to ingrown nails!!!! My feet looked really great and felt great as well. I felt like the price for a gel pedi was a little expensive but then realized shortly it wasn't for the effort they give as well as cost of products etc. they use new liners for every person so no infection. Updating review. Horrible pedicure this time. & customer service. Made an appointment and then came in and they said I didn't make one. I called to use the check in coupon for a pedicure they said since I previously had gel it wouldn't count cause they had to take my gel off even though I didn't want gel this time. So since I was paying full price may as well get gel. Just ridiculous and rude. Won't go read more

Always friendly. They are available almost 100% of the time. Price is good. And they last. Got Diva gel before a vacation and over a month later the nails were still on, no lifting, no chips, just nails that had grown out a bit. I'm so happy to have found them almost 10 years ago. read more

I stumbled across this place while looking to spend with gal time with family the entire staff were welcoming friendly and made us feel comfortable to hangout. Reasonable prices, they offer 10% off when paying cash. They take the time to explain all of your interested services. With also suggesting good upkeep, spa packages and how to make reservations to ensure you have the best nail technician for your needed services. They are at a good location so you can take care your banking, shopping and other needs almost like a 1 stop shop with plenty of parking. I will be returning soon I appreciate the professionalism upfront prices and creative designs read more

I came in as a walk-in today after desperately needing a pedicure for weeks and was instantly treated like I was already part of the crew. Phuong took incredible care of my feet. Gentle, professional, and honestly just so sweet the whole time. No judgement that I hadn't taken care of my feet in a while. Every lady I interacted with made me feel like we were just a bunch of girlfriends hanging out and laughing, not like I was just another customer. The energy in this place is calm, kind, and comforting. It was exactly what I needed, and I left not only with beautiful toes but with my spirit lifted too. Just got home from the salon. I must say, I was very hesitant coming in because the last nail salon that was at this location was less then satisfactory, but I'm so glad I did!! The sisters who own the salon were doing the manis/pedis and they couldn't have been nicer. They were very conversational and friendly. Everything was extremely clean (which I'm very picky about) water was offered, there are lots of pedi chairs and mani desks, and they have a cash discount! And let's not forget about my nails. I got a full set put back on (after letting my nails breathe for a while) and they are beautiful! She was very sure that the final product would be something I loved. Been here multiple times gave them many chances, the second time I went there the nail techs were argued with each other while we were trying to enjoy our manicure. The third time I went the tech did my nails too thin so they end up breaking ( mind you that I have been getting my nails done for over 3 years the same length and shape and I rearly ever have my nails break, I'm just giving a new salon a chance) and the fourth time I went another tech did my set way toooooo thick, and they look far from natural. I've been a regular for years, and it just occurred to me I've never reviewed! Anne and Gina are nail magicians, and always ready to try whatever crazy idea I bring in for my acrylics. I was referred to this salon by a friend due to their cleanliness and I must say I'm impressed. I have been to salons with disposable liner but this one is by far the cleanest. Everything that was used on me was offered to me to take home such as file, buffer, feet scrubber. The pedicure was good with nice massage. Excellent customer service . I have been coming here since they opened. They are very clean. They offer me the file, buffer and the scrub they used on me. Their shellac manicure lasts a long time. I am a bilingual person. Service - Though I stay quite far, I thought to try the facial at Shiloh. I called the number given on Google, last Monday (04/20/26). The lady taking the call was rather rude and aggressive. After our conversation and on something she was to let me know, she said I "will get back to you when I can"!. I till date have not received a call back from either her or anyone else at Shiloh. This person was not aware about the type of facials but she was still trying to give half baked information, half heartedly and that too in a tone (trust me) no one would want to hear or continue speaking with if calling a salon or spa. Mostly people visit these places to relax their mind; not to add stress to themselves. This conversation proved anything but helpful or calming; quite the opposite of what one expects. Post such an experience, the next day I went ahead and booked the facial with another spa. Fast forward, I saw on Yelp the Shiloh owner having provided a phone number and email to contact directly. Instead of choosing to call up directly, I thought to leave her a short text message letting her know that I saw the number on Yelp and wanted to discuss about a recent experience. No response from the owner too. Wondering - I really would like to understand why the front desk customer service quality, responsiveness of businesses and the overall attitude is getting so dismal by the day. Why can't someone sitting at the front desk be courteous/polite even if she is not knowledgeable or doesn't care to understand the services being offered by her place of work (it's understandable if she din know about the Yelp event as it was a long time ago but that too can be responded to nicely, why react? [It was told to her to let her know how I got to know about their spa - was meant as a help; since everyone these days like to ask how anyone got to know about their business]). Basis this experience not sure if I would like to recommend the place.

But I took a chance anyway and everything from the size of the Gel X nails used (way too narrow, so the edges of my natural nail are showing) to the French mani that I didn't request (see further explanation below) is proof positive that you don't need to waste your hard-earned money the way I did. I was confused when the nail tech, Tony, didn't ask me what color I wanted or show me any nail polish colors, but I noticed he started going to work on my nails. I asked what was up and he said I told him I wanted a French mani when I called (?), which I didn't BUT I will say he didn't try to up-charge me because of it and just allowed me to pay what I would've paid for a solid color. But the dang nails were to' up from the toes up! From the chipping-in-less-than-an-hour French to the size of the nails used, my nails looked like a disaster as soon as I exited the shop. While the service were good and the spot was clean, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking to get a decent set of nails.

I am writing this review on behalf of myself and a friend of mine who came on a separate day…read more Back in March me and a friend came to get pedicures and manicures. In the past I remember it being a relaxing event, you sit in a massage chair and read a magazine or look on your phone or have a nice conversation with your friend while they did a pedicure. When we went they treated me like I was a NASCAR at a pit stop. First we got there early so we could look at nail colors but they rushed us right into the chair, I wanted to paint my nails green for St Patrick's and they didn't have a very good selection like they used to, was also planning on getting gel nails done but when I asked for the book of options they now have downsized it to barely anything and it's only one of each color. No sparkle no glimmer just boring. This caused us to have to pay 10 extra dollars more than we wanted to so we could get this new metallic fingernail powder. While I was sitting I was trying to have a conversation my friend but I found it hard to do as they kept grabbing my hands and moving my feet around and trying to get me to get all my nails done at once. There is no relaxation, I felt very rushed. They weren't even that busy. The cost came out a lot more than I planned, never had I spent this much money on getting nails done, not even for my wedding. The second review is based on what happened with my friend when she came there a couple weeks ago. She had made an appointment, we got there on time and there was only three people working. They were all busy, and were taking in more people than they should had. My friend wasn't put into pedicure chair until 25 minutes after her appointment, they got the water set up but then left her there soaking for 25 more minutes. In this time more people were coming in, and instead of doing the right thing and let him know it was going to be at least an hour wait they had them sit down. There were three extra people who were just walk-ins, who were waiting at least an hour before being served when they could have just went somewhere else but the people working there I guess really wanted the money. Almost an hour later they finally got started on my friend, finished her pedicure and then told her she had to wait for someone to finish her manicure. That was about another 15 minutes or so. We were both very annoyed, she made the appointment, but I guess that doesn't matter. They apologized for making her way so long, and stated that weekends were their most busiest. We get that but like I said she made an appointment and she still had to wait an hour before being served, and the fact that they kept letting walk-ins come in causing them to have to wait an hour or so before being helped themselves when they could have been kind and given them a idea of how long of a wait it would be. To us it's very inexcusable. We used to love coming here, it had more of a relaxing atmosphere, didn't seem like a push for upsale. Unfortunately we will not be coming back. The prices are definitely more affordable than most places but if we're going to be rushed, and treated like our time doesn't matter, then this isn't the place for us. Each to their own, hopefully other people have better experiences.

My mom refuses to go anywhere else (and I really don't blame her!). The place is super clean and well organized. I often see a lot of other regulars while I'm waiting in the seating area. It definitely is interesting how this nail salon is nothing like you see in the movies, lol. You hear the staff speaking in a language I don't understand but it quite evident they aren't talking bad about their customers. The staff is super friendly and it's one of few places I don't mind going even though I myself am not getting my nails done. My mom is happy with the service here and that makes me super happy.

They went above and beyond by sending someone to get my mom flowers and a balloon. They then sang to her which made her special day even more wonderful. It made her day. Thank you Marlow Nails

I came in last Thursday for a pedicure and was so happy with the color and the very next day, I went to a pool and ruined the tips of a couple of nails. I walked into beauty connection today wondering if maybe I can fix it myself. The lovely woman that I came across not only helped me find the right color, but then proceeded to apply another coat of my color to all of my nails and also went the extra mile and applied a top coat as well. They look like new and I'm so grateful! She didn't charge me extra or anything. What a kind and generous person. I'm already a loyal customer, but I will be telling my friends of the kindness.
