There is a full bar with several house inspired cocktails as well as a moderately large beer list available by UPC. The menu has good variety of items that lean towards churched up comfort pub food. Think Salads, Brisket Grilled Cheese and Broasted Chicken and you will be in the sweet spot genre. The chicken is outstanding! On Wednesday nights, they have Bingo with Chicken on special which was a surprise discovery for me. The gaming was really fun and the meal was awesome and cheaper than expected. That is a win-win in my book! The Block is definitely a solid spot for a casual tavern sort of pick with food and drink that is good and in some cases, borders on great (such as the chicken)! It is a really nice addition to the local dining scene in this area that does not have a lot of good, unique eateries.
