It comes with a sweet soy sauce on the side but each table has their own soy sauce, black vinegar, and chili oil to customize to your liking. We also ordered the Master Noodle Beef Soup. It's indicated as "spicy" but I felt that it could be spicier so I added more chili oil. Comes with slow cooked beef and 2 giant beef ribs. Noodles are bouncy and al dente. They are generous with the amount of noodles. Soup looked spicy but I didn't think it had much heat. Nice topping of cilantro. Definitely recommend this place. Service was friendly and helpful. We came closer to noon, so the baked goods like croissants and scones were pretty picked over and not labeled - the main tricky part of picking out what to have. My brother trapped what he guessed was a savory scone. I opted for a chocolate mousse cake from the patisserie display. I also ordered a sausage lentil soup. Counter service was to-the-point but efficient. We found a spot to sit easily - quite a bit of seating here plus a communal table too. I LOVED the soup! So delicious.
