We ran up to Kearny,Mo for a marketplace find and wanted to grab dinner someplace local. D'Creamery hit the spot! Their food was great, hot, fresh, and delicious! The service was friendly and quick which made the visit even better! It's fun to visit local places that support the hometown teams and you can tell in the decor what the owners' passion is! Definitely try their "Burger" of the month or "Jesse James" both made with local sourced beef! But leave room for their home made ice cream!

WoW! Brief visit to Kearney and needed breakfast. Ordered the Feliz Ano Nuevo - Couldn't be more pleased with the bouquet of flavors - not spicey but so tasty. Topped off with good coffee and attentive staff - couldn't be more pleased to have stopped in!

It's our go-to for breakfast! It's comfort food for sure. They've recently added " the Liar's table" which is an old table from a cafe that used to open here. My late Dad sat at that table, so it's nice to see it. The wait was a bit long last time, but yummy food.

Delicious Breakfast Burrito. Big enough to split. Absolutely excellent.

The food is amazing and we've never had a bad breakfast here. The service was excellent. It's a cute little cafe breakfast spot!! Worth the trip!!

We walked in the eatery side first. The teenage girl was so welcoming and nice. She gave us a to-go menu and highlighted their hours for us. She said she hoped we would be back to eat another time and we definitely will. We then proceeded to the ice cream part. This other teenage girl was super nice and friendly too. Scoops are $1 each and the ice cream is $2.50 a scoop. I think they had 10-12 flavors. 80% of them are homemade! I tried the butterscotch, cherry and banana with wow it butter. SO good! The cherry tasted similar to the inside of a cherry mash. Some of the best homemade ice cream I have ever had!

A couple of weeks ago, while on The KC Eats forum, I saw a picture of a burger that struck my fancy. I thought to myself if that tastes as good as it looks, it's worth investigating. So, investigate I did! It was from a place up in Kearney called D'Creamery. So, with nothing better to do tonight, I decided that this burger they called The Gump, should please my palate. Upon arrival, I go inside where I am greeted, and was explained the order process. You order at the register and they bring you the order to your table. That works for me! Upon looking more closely at menu I see The Famous Double Gump Burger is listed, how interesting! The Famous Double Gump Burger consists of two 5 oz patties of Angus beef served fully dressed in ketchup, mustard, mayo, pickles, romaine lettuce, red onion, tomato, with the choice of American, Cheddar, Pepper Jack, or swiss. I chose Cheddar, added bacon and I subbed onion rings for the fries. The whole package was served on a bun that stood up well to a very juicy sandwich. Will you just look at the monster that they brought me! I needed a hinged jaw to eat this beast. And it wasn't that it was big in size, it had great flavor. As I was leaving, I told them they need to change the name of that burger to The Jaw Stretcher Special! Well done D'Creamery!

    Breakfast Burrito

My wife, son and I went there today for breakfast for the first time. The servers were attentive and the food was excellent. My breakfast burrito was on point and loved all the veggies and meat mixed evenly inside the tortilla and I couldn't even finish it all. Our 2 year old son could not stop eating the pancakes! We are going to have to come back and try lunch sometime!

I had the Gump burger with curly fries. Pretty good burger. Place was clean, staff were responsive. Gorbachev this place a try.

We had the Half Stack and the Biscuits and Gravy meal.

Small menu but amazing food! We stop in about twice a month, it is definitely our go to place when we want a filling, easy, quiet breakfast.

Better than McDonald's. Check their hours closely or you may be driving there to find they are closed.

It's a small little diner but we got lucky as two people were leaving as we walked in - got 2 seats at the counter. It was awesome that they had a breakfast special, two eggs, bacon and two biscuits & gravy. It was so good and the bacon was crispy and very good. We also ordered the lunch special-double cheeseburger & fries. Got pickles and diced onions on the burger. We've been on a tour of top 10 burger places in KS-this burger would be our #1 or #2 if it were KS. It was outstanding. Everyone in the place were super nice and the counter staff made it a fun time for everyone. Great place, great staff and excellent food.

Seating is incredibly limited; like 4-5 booths, a couple tables and 8-10 or so stools at the bar. Unfortunately, walking in right at 11AM on Saturday, I was met with the greeting that "Breakfast is over, the only other place that'll have breakfast is Waffle House on the other side of town" (while the last breakfast order of eggs and bacon were being cooked right in front of me). *My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined* Alas, being the good sport that I am, I rolled the dice on some chicken strips and fries along with a grilled cheese sandwich. The grilled cheese was actually good, but the chicken strips and crinkle cut fries were the standard frozen to fryer items and not really worth eating. On one hand, it's curious why they can't just do breakfast all day (or until they run out). But on the other, there was a significant number of people ready for burgers (which did look good) ready to order once breakfast switched to lunch. Maybe just chalk this up to a weird timing deal, but if you miss out on breakfast, you're kinda hosed unless you're down for a burger. If I'm ever back, I'll try to make it for breakfast since that's really what looks great here.
