I cannot recommend this place more! Everything was amazing; the ladies working there were friendly, prices were very reasonable, portions were huge, and the food was absolutely delicious. They have a daily rotating stuffed french toast special, which was great. (I might even recommend splitting it with someone--that was a lot of french toast on one plate.) The ambiance inside is quiet and nicely decorated, with so many different kinds of home dining room tables and fun lighting and wall decor. Overall, Hayley's is definitely worth a detour--highly recommend!

Green pepper soup with focaccia and a seasonal salad. Also a smashed burger

This was not our first visit, and it will definitely NOT be our last visit. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was excellent. My husband ordered the Smashed burger, and I chose the seasonal salad, and a cup of soup. The soup, served in a bowl, was called Stuffed pepper. It had a flavorful broth and was full of rice, green peppers, cheese and ground beef. The salad was a green mix with tomato, bacon, boiled eggs, olives, red onion, and blue cheese. Both were delicious. We will be back!

Love it. Great food. Uses local ingredients when possible. Can be a bit of a wait, but it's worth it!

The team was very busy having multiple tables at once, the bartender as well she had the bar and a section or two of tables, she was nice enough to advise us of that. I like when servers and everyone are honest and don't leave you hanging, we had enough time to review the menu we ordered drinks and our food, the wait for the food was awhile but with it because it was so good! I ordered the chicken biscuit with the hot honey chipotle sauce with a scrambled egg on top. The food was amazing! And even though the bartender was busy she was helpful and friendly, I would definitely recommend this place is your in downtown Kansas City, next time I'm in town I will definitely be back!

Definitely make a reservation if you're visiting on a Saturday or Sunday, or you'll be stuck waiting on the sidewalk! My favorite dish is the Tuscan Benedict! It's unique and delicious - especially the focaccia it is served on! They have several very delicious vegetarian options as well! Parking is hard on River Market on the weekends, so incorporate brunch into a whole day of adventure in River Market. Parking is more accessible on weekdays.

The Royal Deluxe - Weston, MO**…read more From the brilliant culinary minds of Nick and Andrea Martinkovic -- the duo behind the much-missed Noah's Cupboard -- comes **The Royal Deluxe** at The St. George Hotel in Weston, MO. If you've been longing for that same inventive, intimate, and inspired dining experience, here it is... but this time with a soulful, Italian-inspired twist. This isn't your run-of-the-mill Italian joint. The menu is limited, but that's because everything is crafted around what's **fresh, seasonal, and locally available**. Expect change -- and welcome it. Chef Nick's inspirations show up on the plate, and if you have a request or want a tweak, he's often happy to riff on a dish for you. This is creative cooking with both heart and skill. **The Feast:** * **Tagliatelle with Sausage, Tomatoes, and Homegrown Basil** - Fresh, silky pasta coated in a luscious, velvety sauce, studded with sweet cherry tomatoes and crowned with creamy ricotta and fragrant basil. * **Pizza Extraordinaire** - A charred, thin-yet-chewy crust with rich tomato sauce, melty cheese, and basil that tastes like it was just plucked from the garden. * **Caesar Salad** - Crisp romaine piled high with a snowy drift of finely grated cheese and a dressing that's perfectly balanced -- tangy, savory, and addictive. * **House-Made Stracciatella with Local Fresh Peaches & Basil** - Summer on a plate. Sweet, juicy peaches with delicate, creamy cheese and bright basil leaves -- the perfect sweet-salty-herbal trifecta. * **Arancini with Peaches & Cream** - Golden, crispy risotto balls paired with silky cream and tangy pickled peppers for a surprising twist. * **Toasted Homemade Bread with Compound Butter** - Simple, but utterly perfect. The butter is rich, silky, and kissed with olive oil and herbs. * **Cheesy Bread with Herbs** - Comfort food elevated, with gooey cheese, fresh herbs, and a satisfying crunch. * **Italian Green Olives** - Briny, fresh, and bursting with flavor -- a perfect nibble between bites. * **PEI Mussels in Dunkable Garlic Butter Sauce** - Plump, tender mussels bathed in garlicky, buttery heaven, served with bread to soak up every drop. And don't miss their **artisanal espresso** -- a rich, velvety shot that proves their attention to detail extends right down to the last sip. **Bottom line:** The Royal Deluxe is worth the trip to Weston all on its own. It's a place where the food is thoughtful, the flavors are bold yet balanced, and the experience feels like you've stumbled upon a hidden gem -- because you have.

The women working the cashier was very kind and helpful. Absolutely fantastic quality of food and coffee! Our whole group was impressed with everything that we ordered. The stand out was the bacon Gouda sandwich on some phenomenal ciabatta bread. The bagel was outstanding. The pastry case was drool worthy and we'll have to come back to eat through it. Price wise its a bit on the pricey side but worth it for the quality you're receiving. Lots of free street parking available. Note for the cold brew lovers - they don't serve cold brew so be ready with your back up order.

It's small but not too small with the outdoor and upstairs seating. I was quickly greeted by the very friendly staff after walking in. I asked "what's the best thing on the menu if I was never to be here again (I'm a driver and likely won't)" and she said the bacon Gouda and boy oh boy was it good! The bacon was very high quality and so was the bread. The cheese was super melted and made the almost garlic buttery mayo taste even better. I would highly recommend it and would recommend this place!!
