I dropped my phone off on a Thursday (1hr before they closed) and now I've got it back on a Monday A man named Andy was my main helper though everyone in there was super kind. They all sought to show me what exactly they might be doing even though I don't quite have the technical knowledge to understand it all. Altogether they managed to get my data onto an external hard drive and semi-fix my phone for a very fair price. I had only asked for the data! So this made my week. If you're running into any data issues and think your phone is irreparable for whatever reason try these guys out before giving up! After examining the computer, he called me and explained what the problem was and what would need to be done to rectify things.
