I just love it when my whole house is all clean all at the same time…read more I had been toying with the idea of getting some help cleaning my house and had been on the look out for someone good. I didn't want to deal with an agency, I wanted a real person who was invested in and took pride their work . I went to visit a friend and noticed how nice and clean her house was. Well, I didn't say anything that visit, I just hung out. However, the next time I came over, her house was spotless and clean again and that time I said something. She introduced me to Donna of Personal Touch Cleaning Green and I set up an estimate right away. Donna is careful, does a great job, is personable and is trustworthy. She cleans to a shine and I love that my whole house is clean all at the same time when she is done. She does the job the right way the first time. I got on her client list and secured my spot before she booked up!! I look forward to her regular visits because I feel SO much better and happier when my house is clean. I am free to think about and attend to every other thing in my life, feel organized again and able to accomplish more!

I do not recommend using Squeaky Clean by Shelly Bean for a deep cleaning before selling a house…read more Shelly gave a quote for the work to be done in 2.5 hours but once the women came and we're very slow, then Shelly kept upping the amount of time (and price) to 4 hours. The only work needing to be done was 1 bathroom, the kitchen (cabinets, floor, counters, fridge, and stove), 1 room to be vacuumed, and the walls to be wiped down. The house had no furniture in it to be cleaned and they were told NOT to clean the hardwood floors nor to do the windows which they ended up doing against my instructions and that cost me an extra $120! Ridiculous! The kitchen cabinets near the stove still had grease on them. Streaks were left on the stainless steel fridge. There were stains left on the walls from the cleaner they used. I ended up having to take the rest of the day off from work so I could spend 5 hours cleaning after they left. Maybe these ladies do a better job with weekly house cleanings but for deep move in or move out cleanings, I do NOT recommend them! It was a waste of $500 especially because of having to do the work myself after they didn't do the job in the first place!

I…read moreoriginally thought I was going to go with another service but they didn't come out on weekends and I needed someone soon but was also not available during the week. Agnes replied late but was the lowest quote and also could come out on the upcoming Saturday morning so I booked her. My schedule actually freed up and I asked her to come out on Wednesday evening at 6 pm and she agreed. Just mentioning this back story to let you know she's very flexible in her scheduling. But enough of the back story. She came out and looked at my condo which needed a lot of cleaning since the last renter left it pretty dirty and I needed it thoroughly cleaned for the next renter to move in. The insides of the oven had burnt residue all over, the insides of the refrigerator had spilled liquid on multiple shelves, the wood floors had a thick residue of drywall dust since I had some of the drywall replaced in multiple rooms and the whole condo repainted, the bathrooms were pretty dirty and the bathtub was super dirty since the renter had a bath mat in the tub and apparently never cleaned underneath. Anyways she deep cleaned the appliances inside and out, she vacuumed the wood floors with her Dyson and mopped with a special cleaner for wood floors so the dust was gone and the floors were clean, she cleaned the bathroom. Everything looked and smelled fresh again. Well...except for the bathtub which she did the best she could but there were still black stains in the tub but I don't fault her since I really didn't think those stains would come out. But at least the bathtub was very clean and my new renter would just have to live with the stains. She had one other person helping her and she did all this in a little over 3 hours. Great job Agnes and I will definitely use you again!
