Interestingly, the person who took my order even sent me a picture of the vase to confirm what I wanted. Although they replaced the arrangement the next day, the overall experience was disappointing. My friend loves flowers, and I wanted to surprise her with a unique, beautiful arrangement -- but I had to tell her about the mix-up, which ruined the surprise. While the staff was friendly during the ordering process, no one ever called to apologize or confirm the correction. I won't use this florist again. I value great customer service and attention to detail, and this experience was time-consuming and frustrating. Next time, I'll just pick up an arrangement myself and deliver it personally.

She asked if the loved one's obituary was posted at the funeral home and she read it while we talked about flowers and colors. Reading that the loved one was involved for years with a tulip organization, she had the perfect flowers in mind from her supplier. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and she was so very thoughtful to locate the perfect flowers.
