I had a disappointing experience with KTL Mobile Automotive…read more I was quoted $950 for replacement of all three engine mounts with OEM parts. Based on that understanding, I moved forward with the work. After the service was completed, I was later told that only two mounts were replaced and that the transmission mount was not included. This was not clearly communicated upfront in a way that matched the original agreement, and the final result did not reflect what I believed I was paying for. I now have to take my vehicle to another shop to complete the remaining work. There were also issues with the brake service. I was charged for brake-related work, but the correct pads were not installed at the time, requiring additional follow-up and inconvenience. Communication throughout the process became inconsistent, and it was difficult to get clear answers or timely responses. I attempted to resolve the situation directly, but we were not able to come to a fair resolution. I would recommend getting a detailed, itemized quote in writing before agreeing to any work.
