The detailer arrived ahead of schedule and did an excellent polishing job. The entire vehicle looked fantastic.

My car looks good but this cost me a lot more as I had to get a Mechanic come out the next day to get the car running again. I asked for an interior cleaning as I did not want to clean the inside myself. Water in the fuse box blew two fuses and killed the mass air flow sensor and cost me about 500.00 to replace. I asked the trunk to be cleaned but was never opened. I am very dissatisfied with sin city auto detailing that I will never use them again and I am writing this review so you can stay clear as well. I messaged them on a Friday afternoon wanting to get my husbands car cleaned while he was out of town for the weekend. They came Saturday afternoon and did an AMAZING job! We have two big dogs and my husbands truck is the only vehicle our dogs go in, so it was a lot. But TLSN worked their butts off and got the hair and dirt and grime. My car was at the mechanics for two months while the insurance companies battled it out and the mechanic kept the windows down. The inside was so dusty it gave me an allergy attack. I knew it had to be detailed and I wasn't about to drive it somewhere. I requested a quote on yelp for detailing my car. Sin City was the only one out of six companies to respond intelligently. 1. they gave me an actual response to my specific request, not just a generic range from $150-500 2. they gave me a very thorough break down of what they would be doing to my car for the price quoted 3. even though Sin City was a bit pricier than a couple of the quotes, they were so professional with their communication, I knew paying a little more would be worth my peace of mind. Okay so my car was very dirty and I messaged TLSN yesterday and they got my car in and cleaned today ! My car seat was terrible, thanks to TLSN for turning my seat a complete 180. I wish I took pictures of the before. I also used to be a smoker and couldn't get the smell out. He was able to clear the smoke out and give my car a fresh smell. I reached out to James and his team for a quote on getting my Miata prepped for sale and a thorough cleaning of my Jeep and got an immediate response that was competitive and could be scheduled quickly. While they couldn't remove some bad oxidation on my Miata, they put in a valiant effort and I think anything less than some serious and invasive procedures would have done any better.
