After 3-4 false appointments, they said they will pay back but ended up block me. Now I left with scratch, unfinished and have to pay someone to reason my tint to put on new one. They are young, so maybe thats why they lack responsibility. Slightly better than your average car wash but it's frustrating to pay 65 for a car wash and then have to point things out, I had to ask him to clean my spare tire & rim mounted on my Bronco. I would not have given them a 1 star but I followed up with them as I was working in my office above my garage and noticed that they completely neglected my roof of the same Bronco. My girlfriend got my car detailed from this business as a birthday gift for me. At the start, he let her know that he's running about 15 minutes late. No worries, it happens. 15 minutes turned to closer to an hour with no update on the lateness. I'll give the owner credit, the outside of the car looked great. The only noticeable thing was the back windshield had some residue left that I noticed but it was negligible. We also noticed the center console wasn't cleaned. My girlfriend ended up doing that herself she told me. Besides that, outside of the car, and dashboard looked like I just took it out of the car lot. The real problem were the driver and passenger seats. They were left with some pretty bad water staining. I gave my coworker a ride during the week of this detailing and he even asked "Did your seats always look like this?" My girlfriend reached out to the owner, owner did respond and say he could come by and handle it. We tried to settle a day but he forgot to respond so she reached out again about it. Eventually we finally set the day for 8am. So the day comes, it's 8am and we hear nothing. About 9am we call it quits, she sends a message saying to don't show up if there was any intention to. She reached out to this business because it had little ratings, but all good ratings. She wanted to help a smaller business and usually smaller businesses from experience have always been personable and catering to their customers. We're looking elsewhere to hopefully handle the seats. read more

First off, they were available on a same day notice, but probably not for long after they begin to get booked up since they are impeccable. I received an interior and exterior car wash without having to leave my residence. They came straight on over and began with the car detailing. They spent an ample amount of time on my car and had it sparking and smelling great! I even had the chance to choose a car freshener packet! They showed up OVER an hour late with no discount or apology offered. They spent about 1 hour on my suv "detail" & charged the full price of $155. I'm convinced they didn't even open the trunk of my vehicle (see photos). I had no energy to express my concerns after waiting around for 1.5 hours for them to show up to spend minimal time on the service I paid for. I felt beyond disrespected. These pictures are AFTER the detail was completed. I read all of these great reviews, but I don't see why. Would not recommend and will not be returning. Spilled lemonade all over the inside of my new civic and was desperate to get it cleaned immediately. Contacted others but Bryan was the only one that was available the next morning. He ran a little late but it's understandable. Everything went great. Car looks brand new and interior looks immaculate. There are some spots between the center arm rest and seats that he missed but they are extremely tight crevices so I can't fault that. It was easy to clean myself anyway.
