When I arrived for my appointment, everyone I spoke with was friendly. I'm new to owning a Tesla, so there was a bit of a gap in my knowledge--I didn't realize I should have brought my key card with me. Thankfully, the technician and the front desk receptionist worked together to figure out a solution. They had me give the technician access to my Tesla profile so he could download the app and access the car that way. I appreciated them helping me troubleshoot that because it saved me a 25-minute drive back home to grab the key card. If there's one area that could be improved, it would be communication. I wish the person I had been texting beforehand about pricing had sent a quick message explaining what to expect for the appointment or anything I should bring in advance--like the key card situation. The second communication issue happened when I dropped off the car. When I asked how long the tint would take, the front desk receptionist seemed maybe a little annoyed by the question and said something along the lines of, "It's Friday--it could take five hours." I dropped my car off around 10:30 AM, so that would have meant about 3:30 PM. After killing some time at Town Square nearby, I walked back to Eco Tint around 1:45 PM. I honestly wasn't expecting my car to be ready yet based on what I had been told, but to my pleasant surprise it was already finished. The only downside was that no one had called or texted to let me know it was done. I would have appreciated that update so I didn't feel like I needed to keep wandering around waiting for the full five hours. Overall, the quality of the work and the helpful technician made for a good experience. With a little more proactive communication, this place would easily be a five-star visit.

I had sent a quote request for ceramic auto tinting and this amongst other four businesses had responded back to me. It was easy to send up appointment and there was someone online to assist you if you had any questions on that end. Second, what really sold me about this place is that they had a demonstration of how each tint performed in sun with light bulbs as an example and that it was only five minutes from where I live. The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. He offered insight about night driving with certain levels of tints and offer to used his vehicle as an example! I ended up getting the triple layer ceramic tint which was a little bit on the higher side of price but worth every penny especially in this Vegas heat. My car is cooler than without the ceramic tint when I enter the vehicle and the air conditioner cools down the vehicle in less than few minutes top! That's in about 90ish degree Fahrenheit weather but we will see how it performs in 100+ degree weather in the next few months. Be mindful with anything below 20% tint at night because it will be dark! The privacy and aesthetic is the perk though!
