(Don't try to be a walk in at a barber shop because appointments are priority so always try to atleast call ahead and make one!) The haircut took a little bit longer than I am used to but it's also a much better fade than I am used to. I had a booked appointment at 11:30am as per the screenshot provided. I arrived a bit earlier. Mr Rick Santos arrived at the Barbershop at 11:25 am. Said hello to his co-workers and acknowledged me sitting in the waiting area. At 11:32am a random Brazilian kid just landed on his seat and Rick just started cutting his hair. What happened to the appointment at 11:30 am? Rick never mentioned that someone else was ahead of me. The front desk lady told me to wait until 11:40 am. Once 11:40 am hit, and he was still cutting his hair, I showed Rick my phone proving the 11:30 am appointment. He replied "7 more minutes". Once 11:55 am hit and he still wasnt done, I walked out. I drive very far to get a haircut from The ultimate cave and it seems they prioritize Brazilian people over booked appointments. Internally they all speak Portuguese, which I dont personally care but its really about customer service and respect for people who have other things to do. Why take appointments if you treat clients as if they were walk-ins? Why doesnt management pay attention to these barbers on how they work with clients? Without clients, this business doesnt operate.
